When you walk in the staff is very friendly and ask if you need any help. They also will show you to the resident you are visiting and check up on them. The bed sheets are always clean and the rooms very tidy. There seems to be plenty of activities for the residents to do, and my grandmother was very happy there. I am very satisfied with the service my grandmother is getting and would recommend Beacon House to others.

The care my mother received in this facility was very substandard. Her medications were never on time, did not bathe her for nearly a week following surgery for a shattered femur. She fell and shattered her ankle trying to get to the bath room.
