Vista Springs Greenbriar has been my father's home for three years. One of the most remarkable aspects of living at Vista Springs for my father is the ability to be as independent as he wants - and some days that is more so than others! However since the staff know him so well, they are quickly able to adapt to his needs and attitude of the day. The staff also know our family and are available for questions and offer practical suggestions for ways we can help our father. The building is always clean and bright. There are a wide range of activities - music bingo and happy hour are favorites for my father. Vista Springs also offers lots of seasonal programs and always decorates the building which is fun for all. The community has adapted to the ongoing challenges of COVID-19 as best as possible to ensure the safety of the community.

My mother will be moving into Vista Springs Greenbriar Village. Everyone is friendly. The staff is very nice. The food smelled good. They gave us some ideas about the activities, and they said they're open to new activities. The facility was very clean and very nice. I saw the cafeteria.

For 2+ years, my aunt, who was well into her 90's, resisted every attempt to get her to move to an assisted living facility. Understandably change was very difficult for her and she had a fear of "nursing homes". Over those 2+ years we had toured every assisted living facility in the Parma area. Finally she agreed to move to Vista Springs Living Greenbriar and we moved her quickly before she could change her mind. Of course it took a couple of weeks for her to adjust but soon she was looking forward to playing bingo, watching movies with new friends and enjoying all the special entertainment and party events. Most of all, she loves the staff, who are so friendly and caring and go out of their way to make her feel special. They have reacted quickly to her medical needs and kept her spirits up. I live in a different state than my aunt and was very worried whether this was a good move but she transitioned better than we expected and I've been very happy with communications with the nursing staff. My mother spent 10+ years in a very highly rated (and ridiculously expensive) assisted living and then skilled nursing facility in my state but it wouldn't compare with the quality of life available at Vista Springs Greenbriar.

This facility us a great place for your loved one. My mom has been in memory care for 4 years. The staff treats the members like family and understand the complications that come with dementia. Through the rough time of COVID they took excellent care of family members and found ways so we could keep in contact with them. Staff will go out of there way to help you with any problems you have. Meeting with family to make a plan for your family member so you have a direction for them.

Visiting Vista Springs Greenbriar was like going to Las Vegas. It was beautiful and spanking new, and had a posh, upscale feeling. The place was very clean and modern. The staff was very knowledgeable. I didn't think it was a good fit for my father since he's not a fancy person, and I felt it was too new. They had social workers, a dietician, a case manager, music, art, and physical and cognitive therapy. They would take the seniors on a bus to go shopping and serve three meals a day. The person who gave me the tour was very informative and caring to the residents, and she knew them by name. I was pleased overall.

Vista Springs is brand new, and Mom stayed there for a time in the assisted living facility. Everything was fine. They have a nice food area, they have a chef come in and cook the food for the residents, and the food is delicious. They have items for building crafts, baking, they have a workout area, and they have theme discussions.

I liked the philosophy of Vista Springs. Their motto is full of life, and it's a resort setting. They want their seniors to be active, and I'm pleased with the atmosphere there. It's a brand-new place and everything is very new. I appreciate the care my father is getting from the caregivers. The dining experience is very good, the food is made fresh, from scratch, and I've eaten with him several times. It's served restaurant style. For dinner they have a choice of the entrée, and can pick or choose what they want to add or not. They help him bathe, and with toiletry, as well as getting in and out of his wheelchair. They have a salon, a rehab room, and for the seniors in independent living, a treadmill, stationary bike, and some weights.

What an amazing community! As I walked through the community on my tour I was completely wow! The building was so bright, clean and beautiful. My meal there was delicious and they were able to accommodate my strict diet with no problems! The staff that I met were genuine and knowledgeable to say the least! Overall, I would recommend this community to anyone with no reservations! Living here or working here is a must!
