The Rooms are very nice and clean. Cleaning staff does a good job for my father. The nurse are friendly and most of the STNA's say Hello when seeing you in the hallways. The meals are sometimes good and great. One of the current "chefs" make too many sandwiches and the chili several times were too hot for most of the residents to eat. Breakfast has gotten better most days. It used to be cold, and the homemade pancakes were not homemade. There is one person that covers when the "Chef" is out on her days off. This person makes homemade meals, and it is very appreciated. The activities are good, and the outings are a big hit for my father.

Danbury North Ridgeville had a nice layout, but it was too expensive. The staff was very nice. The facility was extremely clean and organized. The sizes of the rooms were adequate. The dining area was like restaurant-style.

My dad has been a resident of Danbury assistant living for 5 years this November 2024 . It took some time for dad to get adjusted however once he made friends and got involved in the many activities he became content everyone is so nice to my dad , the care from the nurses , front desk , housekeeping dining room and chef Amy . It’s amazing the work it takes to care for the residents at Danbury! It is very much appreciated by my dad and myself , Thank you a very much ! Since Kim has been at Danbury I have seen a a great change also ! Keep up the great work to all it does not go unnoticed

Danbury always felt like a home to us. Friendly staff, clean and spacious apartments, nurses that care and alerted us when things just didn’t look right with our father. We were at ease knowing he was safe and well cared for. After living in the Danbury independent villas, which are wonderful, we made the decision to move our father to the assisted living building. Danbury made the move an easy transition for our father and we were glad Danbury’s care was always consistent and thoughtful.
