The rooms are undergoing transition to better. The food was good but my mother in law refused to eat...the staff was always busy, but attentive. Our experience with Caprice was wonderful. When we needed them, they were there. They listened, they responded, they helped us and my mother in law any time we needed help. To the office staff, the aids, the nurses, (especially Kelly), the activities directors, the kitchen crew, physical therapy, the cleaning staff, and anyone working in the facility...thank you. You made difficult times better.

I believe that even though they are short-staffed, the floor people do a very good job with the residents. Not so much the people in management. It is like pulling teeth to get follow up for things like medicaid, insurance issues, etc. They are nice at first but never follow up until you call or email them several times. This is very disconcerting to people who are new to the system, depending on these professionals to help make the transition as easy as possible.

this place is absolutely horrible they do not pay enough attention to the residents and their needs. I am a relative of someone who was in here and ended up having a horrible outcome and not sure if he is going to overcome it, he is currently in the hospital on a ventilator.

THE CAPRICE HEALTH CARE CENTER OFFERS EXCELLENT NURSING CARE, EXCELLENT FOOD, AND EXCELLENT FUN, IN A FAMILIY-LIKE ATMOSPHERE. IT IS A BEAUTIFUL FACILITY, WELL-DECORATED AND RE-MODELED.

I have nothing positive to say about this facility. The staff treats the staff and family members in a condescending manner and do not know the meaning of compassion and empathy towards the residents and family.
