My mom moved to Mulberry Gardens Senior Living. It looked nice. They had long-time retention with their employees and residents, and it was close to our home. The staff was able to answer questions and respond to calls quickly. The layout was nice. They had an elevator for the second floor and a grand staircase when you first walked in if you wanted to take the stairs. They have a nice selection of food.

I visited Mulberry Gardens Senior Living. Everything is assisted living there, and it was gorgeous. I liked everything about it. The people were super nice and helpful, and there was a lot of space. The rooms were also beautiful and very spacious. I saw their dining area, and it was also very spacious, especially for people in wheelchairs. The staff who assisted me was wonderful. Some people were doing activities like crafts. They also had porches outside where they could sit and enjoy the weather. Anybody who goes there would love it.

Everyone at Mulberry Gardens Senior Living seemed quite friendly. Since there are two of us, the larger apartments were more appealing. We're kind of picky on the food, and I would like maybe a step up in the food. It wasn't the type of food that we normally eat. The staff member who gave us the tour tried to answer all of our questions as we asked them.

Mulberry Gardens Senior Living was spic and span. It was neat and clean, even the rooms that I toured. Each place was set up differently, but they were basically the same. Some of them had refrigerators and a little kitchenette. Some of the places had stoves. The staff during the tour was great. They answered my questions. They were pleasant. They even showed me a couple of places and the dining facilities. They had tables and chairs. It was like a restaurant. You sit down and order food. They bring it out to you. They had a gym for when you want to exercise. They had social hours, where they gather and play cards or play games. The food was great. They had laundry facilities and cleaning services. They change the linens when they do housekeeping.

Mulberry Gardens Senior Living was the best. It was exemplary. There was nothing I complained about with them. They were attentive, they communicated everything with me, and cared for my mother. They were wonderful. She had a ground-floor apartment with a little kitchenette, a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and tons of storage. The layout of the facility was also exemplary. It was very easy to get from one place to another. They had arts and crafts, people coming in to sing and entertain, day trips where they would go to the store, and several parties like Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter. We ate there many times and the food was fantastic. They had a great chef. Everything about that place was great. The staff cared so much about them. One staff member called me here just a few months ago to ask me how my mother was doing down here.

Mulberry Gardens Senior Living was very nice. I just think that it is out of my budget. Their food was excellent. I would go there just for the food. It was nice and clean. They also provide transportation. It was like going to a 5-star restaurant. They put linens on the tables and use glass dishes. They serve you, and the food was good. They had a schedule of activities and the apartments were very nice. They have amenities like an activity room, they have entertainment come in sometimes, and they have a piano in the dining room. Overall, the facility was well-maintained, it's excellent. The layout of the apartments was also ready to move in, they all have a kitchenette, there's no oven but there are a few cupboards and a sink. They were very clean and nice, and they'd put new carpet in, but it wasn't like plush carpets. I was impressed that all the staff was promoting the place saying how nice it was. They sent a driver to pick me up and take me there, and he also talked about how nice it was.

Mom is at Mulberry Gardens Senior Living. The people seem very friendly, but the most important thing why we chose it was it's very close to where I live and to where everybody lives around. It's a very nice facility and people have been super helpful. It's been a very good choice so far. She seems to be happy with what they're feeding her and everything. They've had music activities, yoga, little exercise, crafts, and take them out on field trips if they're able to or shopping and stuff. So, there are quite a bit of things going on. I'm very happy with everything.

My mother has moved into Mulberry Gardens Assisted Living, and it's wonderful. They're very good. She's only been there for a couple of months, but they're very good there; we like the place a lot. They have meals, and they have nursing staff there. They have exercise classes, bingo, church services, and a hairdresser available. The staff is wonderful and very attentive. The food is very good, it's cooked in their own kitchen, and it's all made fresh daily. We chose this place because of its proximity to our home.

Both our mother and our family could not have been more pleased with the care that she received during her residency at Mulberry Gardens. The concern of the staff and administration that she was provided every comfort was obvious, and her pleasure at the attention of the staff provided our family with peace of mind during a difficult period. Our mother was diagnosed with severe dementia, and even though she required care that often exceeded that of an assisted living facility, she was, nevertheless, provided with those services. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mulberry Gardens in Munroe Falls, Ohio to any family seeking residency in an assisted living facility. The support of Maryann Ervin and her extraordinary staff, located in this beautiful and immaculate facility, should serve as a model for all such residential homes.

My mother spent close to 3 months at this facility. I wish we had known of it sooner. She experienced falls, but the staff were quick to assist her. Her memory issues were severe enough that we actually reserved a place in their new program next door. However, her physical health declined before we could transfer her. It is a facility that hopes to assist people who are ambulatory, and my mother was frail. The tender care everyone gave her made us weep with relief. She loved all of the caregivers, and we came to love them too.

My mom used to live in Mulberry Gardens; she lived there for 8 years. She absolutely loves Mulberry Gardens, but it’s great for someone who needs assistance but doesn’t need to be watched 24 hours a day. It’s not locked a facility; people come and go, and some still have their vehicles. They do day trips, the food is delicious, and she has a very nice apartment; it was a 1-bedroom with a living room and a little kitchenette. The staff was all very friendly and kind. I have really nothing negative to say other than the fact that she couldn’t stay when she is certainly having the memory issues, which made it bad.

Mulberry Gardens is a nice place. The rooms are very nice. The dining room is nice, too. First impressions were great.
