I put my mother into Hudson Grande Senior Living. So far, I'm very pleased. My mother has been attending activities, and the food looks delicious. I've actually eaten there twice, and it is very good. My mom is getting the help she needs. The rooms are fine. For activities, they take them to movies. They make sure they get out of their rooms, and they show an appropriate older movie for the residents. They also have guessing games where they have to finish the end of the name of a movie show. They all play along on that, and they seem to enjoy it. They also have a thing where you would toss these large donut-shaped things over, and they were clapping for each other. Everybody was enjoying it. They take them to happy hour that doesn't involve alcohol unless they want that. The staff are all very friendly. They call me if there's a question about something. They're still getting to know my mother medically.

Hudson Grande Senior Living was the place that my mother-in-law was going to go until she took a turn for the worst. It's very clean and very nice. The atmosphere inside is very comfortable. The layout is really wonderful because you can just keep walking in a circle if you need to. We picked a room on both sides, because at that point, we didn't know which side she was going to be on. The people there were wonderful. They answer you back right away if you call. They're very efficient on everything that they did. Everybody we worked with was all very knowledgeable and on top of everything. They kept up with us all the time. They got back to us with everything. It was really nice. The food smelled good, and it looked good. They had an enormous choice of things for them to do there. It was just amazing how many things they had going on, with all the craft things they were doing with people, and exercising.

Hudson Grande Senior Living was five stars. The staff members I met and conversed with were very informative. They even called back and are keeping up with my demands. The cleanliness was absolutely superb. The room size was pretty decent. I was pretty impressed. Most of the rooms had a little courtyard. Most of them had birdfeeders, so they had something to look at. They had great planned activities for both memory care and assisted living, and we got to sit in a couple of them. We went on a car show on the assisted living side, and the carnival that they had was excellent. The meal I had was really good. It was almost like a restaurant setting. You sit at a table, and they take your order. They give you a little menu. I am sure the memory care part of it will be a little different, but it was perfect. They had a person that would serve you. It was amazing. You can choose from pasta, chicken, baked fish, or something. They had vegetables. You got a choice of Coke, tea, water, or lemonade. It was an awesome place. To me, it was the top. It looked more like a resort than an average senior center. It looked like you're going to a hotel. It was like my mother was on vacation almost. I liked that when you walked in, they had a huge electric fireplace and a big grand piano. They always had music playing.

We looked at Hudson Grande Senior Living. They have little pods where people can gather and a dining room. The overall feel is clean and modern, and people seem happy. They go on trips, they do bingo, and movies and they have a hair salon and fitness center. The staff that I met were incredibly friendly.

My mom has moved into Hudson Grande Senior Living. I did a visit by myself, and then I moved my mom in. It was very nice. The staff was nice. The rooms were nice. They have cameras in their memory care, which I liked. They brought fruit and stuff when I visited. The activities were nice.

The rooms have plenty of space for some furniture from home, pictures on the walls, and even a hospital bed if/when needed. The staff here is incredibly compassionate and professional. The food is top notch. There are many stations with "fidget" objects, including typewriters, sewing material (no needles), telephones, games, puzzles - so many things. There is a television room, and a large table where games can be played as a group. The facility is very clean, and smells that way. Snacks can be had around the clock. Safety is taken very seriously. I really cannot say enough good about this place, most especially about the staff. They are amazing.

My mom and dad lived here. My dad died after 4 months. Everyone was supportive and wonderful and I was so thankful my mom was there. Then they were sold to Arrow Senior Living Management, LLC. Things went downhill fast. We paid for someone to shower and dress my mom. They were waking her at 4:30 am for her shower. The pandemic hit and we were not permitted to visit her. She was not getting her sevices that she needed such as walking! Her clothes were 2 sizes too small and no one at the Grande ever told us. She had bruised on her waist from ill fitting pants. We paid to have someone put in her hearing aides. They mostly didn't and when we asked about it, they put them in with dead batteries which was like putting in ear plugs. There were 80 extra batteries in her room. She developed a rash and it was allowed to spread all over her body so that she couldn't wear clothes any longer. She was prescribed anxiety medicine as needed after the death of my sister, but no one was assigned to determine when it was needed. Repeated requests for a family meeting with the Grande were ignored for weeks. She was moved to the memory care unit and we were told someone would pick what personal furniture would fit in her new room and they would move it. After a month, NOTHING was moved to her stark white room, not even a picture. She died alone without pictures of her husband or family . This is disgraceful and heartbreaking.

When we moved Mom her they were OK but a few month later they changed hands and it has gone way downhill. They don't do the extra things we pay for, like making sure she gets a shower. We pay extra have her breakfast brought to her and the tray is still there when we go visit in the evening. The food is terrible. We popped in at lunch and sat with her and a couple friends. All of their salads were wilted, and their entrees were watery and looked & smelled unappetizing. The nursing staff does not seem to care about the residents. In fact the only staff member who seems to care is the activities director. In general, the facility is airy and bright. Mom has a small bed sitter apartment that we furnished. Her room doesn't get cleaned on a regular basis. They do offer a lot of activities.

Our family member passed away at Hudson Grande Memory Care Unit this week. The sting of losing a family member was definitely lightened by the gentleness of your staff. We will forever be grateful for the way they treated our relative with love and dignity . The nursing staff, particularly Mandy, was not only a true professional, but a genuinely kind and caring person. The care partners, diligent and well trained, go the extra distance, treating each resident with love and respect and sometimes even humor! On one more than one occasion, different employees of the Hudson Grande came on their day-off just to sit and spend time with our family member. This is above and beyond the normal. Caring for people with dementia can be truly difficult, but this staff treated every resident as if they were their own family. On days when we were unable to visit, we were confident that our family member was safe and loved. Before entering the Memory Care Unit, our relative was living in assisted living at the Hudson Grande. Everything regarding this experience was wonderful including the building, activities, meals, friendliness, cleanliness, etc. We would highly recommend anyone to consider the Hudson Grande for your senior needs.

My mother, at the age of 91, was transferred to The Hudson Grand after residing in another assisted living facility for nine years. It was a quick transition which could have been very stressful but with the help of the marketing staff and facilities director it all came together in 24 hrs. The care she received by all the staff, from nurses, Ashley and Mandy; to care partners (too many to name); to Ashley in activities , and to Sam in the kitchen all exceeded our expectations. Six weeks ago my mom passed away with the staff there to say goodby. Mom loved being there and they loved having her there because they love what they do and who they serve. There is no doubt in my mind that there is no better place than "The Hudson Grande"!!!

Our visit to Hudson Grande was wonderful. The place was beautiful, it's fairly new, bright, and airy. Although, the room that we looked at wasn't going to fit our needs, but everything about the room was very nice, clean, and happy. The staff was very pleasant, personable, and helpful. It's a really nice place.

Hudson Grande Senior Living had assisted living and the memory care was a locked down unit. It was very nice, it was all one floor with different hallways, and it's very clean. You couldn't even tell it was assisted living or a nursing home. It was very orderly. We had lunch there and it gave you the atmosphere of being in a restaurant. There were a lot of things on the menu and we're really impressed. The portions were adequate. The staff was great and very friendly. They had recreation rooms for activities and they gave us a calendar of what they do for the month. I would highly recommend that place.

We really liked the it very much. The physical layout of it is conducive to a lot of social interactions. Everybody has their own space, but they are less likely to be stuck in their own room. The layout was not like one long hall and they have several courtyards. It was very well thought out.

I've had a loved one at here and have the following comments for anyone considering placing theirs there in the memory care facility. They strongly prefer patients that are dignified, quiet, and mostly sedentary.I believe the word dementia is anathema to them.Patients cannot make ripples (absolutely not waves).I allow that the facilities are fine and the food is excellent.Except for a few,I found the nurses indifferent;in fact the nurses station, which I often found unattended,is located outside of the secured area. All in all,I made a mistake in placing my wife there. What was I thinking. After all, this IS Hudson.

We moved my mother here. They treat the residents with ultimate care. It is a locked facility and they have motion detectors, so that we know if she was certainly wandering, that’s why we moved her. The food is fine, and the dining area looks like a restaurant. I can’t say enough about the staff; they are just wonderful. They always communicate with what’s going on. If there’s any issues, they get a hold of me immediately. They know all the residents by name, and they treat them all very well. We have no issues at all.
