Valley Oaks Care Center is excellent. It's very clean and there was no smell when you walk in any time. The service is tremendous. My brother is being taken care of very well and we're just very pleased. They are always pleasant and very willing to help and do whatever needs to be done to make the residents feel comfortable. My brother is extremely picky though and he often does not get the food that he wants to eat. There are various activities, but he does not partake in them because he's not able to get out of bed, so he prefers not to go to anything. There are just various things that are not offered. They do not have a phone in the room and they have very limited television stations.

If I could do a 0 review I would. This place does not even deserve 1 star. We are talking neglect that resulted in death. My aunt was in there for rehab. She was supposed to only be there for a short amount of time then get discharged. My mom & her husband are her primary caregivers. My mom couldn’t go visit for a couple of days due to work, but every time she called they told her she is doing great, she is getting stronger day by day, she is doing physical therapy. I, Mr. Gardner, once was a resident of Nentwick Care Center of East Liverpool Ohio. August 2013-August 2014 battling cancer.The care and understanding I got from the staff was one of the greatest gifts I have ever received. So whom it may concern, I recommend Nentwick Care.
