I moved into Copley Place last week. It's very friendly, very efficient, and it's in a good location for other retail services. I like it very much. I'm in their independent living and the food is very good. They have several activities too. They have a library, a TV room, and an activity room here too. They also have a small gym

I toured Holiday Copley Place. It's expensive. It's a good place. The staff was very nice. They're updating. The rooms were very nice. They have nice options. Most of their suites and their studios were nice. It just depends on what you choose and what you can afford. The dining area was nice, too. I like that you don't have to stay in one place if you need to go someplace. If they have other Holiday places, you can visit the other Holiday places they have. If there's still room, you can go for a visit to a different city, and I like that, to be able to move around. The atmosphere was very nice. They had a tailgate party, which was pretty nice.

I toured Holiday Copley Place. John came out and introduced himself. We started going to the dining area and it was just almost lunchtime or whatever. So a lot of the residents were coming down. Someone came up to me and said hi to me and shook my hand or whatever and introduced themselves. I thought these people were friendly. It's the whole atmosphere, it's like if I lived there, it's like a big family having a party every day. I mean even the people that were in wheelchairs or whatever, they were just nice and, and they seemed very happy. John did say, to come down some other time and have lunch with us or come down and have dinner, but I just get copies of the menu and everything like that. I did see what they had there and some of the people that were eating. I don't know how it tasted, but it looked good. It almost seemed like a restaurant-style thing. They have nice walkways outside. They have a gym. They have laundry services. They have excursions where you can get on their little bus and go to different places.

We toured Holiday Copley Place. I liked it a lot. The people were very, very friendly. It's a beautiful facility. They have so much to offer there, but you only have a refrigerator in your apartment, and I'm not ready to give up a kitchen. So, what I like least about it is the fact that you could bring your microwave in but then you're not allowed to bring it if you have like I have an electric grill. You can't bring anything with a heat source other than a microwave. So they do have a community oven that you can use on the first floor if you want to cook or bake something. We saw a one-bedroom apartment and a two-bedroom apartment. They have laundry. There are three floors. Every floor has a larger room at either end that contains two washers and two dryers. It's not coin-operated. They will automatically come in and change your bed linens and your towels and do that laundry, but you have to do your clothes. They have a community room that we've seen. They have an exercise room. They have a room for physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy, and can all come in and work with you. We saw their eating area and their activity room. The meals are included. They do have a chef and an assistant chef. We were talking to a couple of residents there and said the food was very good.

I have toured Holiday Copley Place, it's a very nice place and they're doing renovations. The one thing that held me back there is that they don't have kitchens in their units. They have kitchenettes with a small sinks. They're gorgeous now but they're going to be even more gorgeous after their millions of dollars worth of renovations. The staff was wonderful and they have a lot of activities going on.

I just really liked Holiday Copley Place. It was nice and clean. The residents and the employees were friendly. Another thing I liked was that they have a lot of activities scheduled. You could be busy every day if you wanted, but you don't have to if you don't want to. You can just do what you want. They provide transportation to take you to the doctor or shopping. The apartments were very nice and the facility itself. We were debating between their 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom. I saw the residents playing cards and doing puzzles. They have a workout room where you can do exercises. You can exercise on your own, but they also have a scheduled activity where you meet in a group with an instructor. They have a nice library where you can also use the computer and that kind of stuff. The people that work there were very friendly and helpful.

I went to Copley Place. It was only independent living. The people were nice; the staff were nice. Everything was great, but I wanted to have assisted and memory care options in case my parents got to that point. I didn't try the food. But I already knew like this isn't going to be enough. Like you pay a fee for your parents to go in, and if they have to move into memory care, you don't want to have to pay that fee again at another place. I don't want to have to move them out of there to another facility. I don't have anything bad to say about that, it just didn't give me enough options to put my parents there eventually. They had a nice patio. Their rec room was nice. The place was nice; it just wasn't going to help me. It didn't have enough care for what I'm going to need. The layout and cleanliness were very nice, and the price was reasonable, too. The lady was awesome. If you need independent living, that was an affordable and neat place. It's close to everything.

I like that Copley Place has a nice home feel. It's very clean, and the people there were very nice. The staff was very attentive. I just thought the room could be a little bit larger for the amount of money that it cost. It had a cafeteria, a library, a theater, and a gym.

I am currently staying at Copley Place. My only problem with it is that there's no 24 hours security, nor is it handicap accessible. The facility is beautiful. Everything else is fine besides those two issues. The staff members were fine. The transportation and food are good. There's nobody on staff 24 hours. Even the transportation is not handicap accessible, and no ramps to get you on to the transportation. They are looking to get an activity director. Everything's getting improved now. They changed owners five months ago, that's why the rent is increasing to hire more people. They've got bingo. The rent is a little bit higher if you have a balcony. They allow pets. They should have a vehicle to take you around and a wheelchair, considering the age of most people here. They should make it handicap accessible.

The staff at Copley Place were very helpful. I saw the studio rooms with two different price ranges. The layouts were very good because my father wouldn't need that much room. One had a patio, and then one just had the studio itself. They were both very nice. My dad was very pleased with everything that he saw. Outside, they have a patio, where you could sit down if you wanted to. I like everything I saw and I knew people who had lived there before. We were able to park both cars so I thought the parking area was alright. I didn't have hard time finding a place, and there were other spaces left (and I wasn't even looking at it that closely.

Copley Place is not an assisted living facility; they're an independent living facility. We like it but mom has long-term care insurance and they can't do it because they're independent living. But it's a really nice facility, the people are nice, they didn't lock everybody down during COVID so the people living there were able to see family members and they just took extraordinary precautions. They were good about that, and they only had 2 residents and 2 employees come down with COVID but they're okay and had mild cases. They play bingo and they have nurses on staff. It's an older building; it's not new but it's very well-maintained.

The staff at Copley Place was very friendly. Although they raved about the food, I didn't find anything that I would want to eat. The residents were really friendly and welcoming, and it was busy and very clean. They offer bus service to the bank and to the grocery stores, they do the cleaning every other week, and they have bingo and exercise classes.

We went to lunch with my anxious mother whos looking at new living choices and I couldn't be more impressed! Independent lifestyle that is seems like it could make everything so much easier for Mom! The food was outstanding, staff so friendly and people seemed to be enjoying music with their neighbors...I didn't even know there were places like this for her!

Copley Place was wonderful. I enjoyed having lunch with a couple that I was introduced to, and the food was top-grade. The rooms were nice. I liked the 2-bedroom unit because I would be able to squeeze some of my stuff in there. The location was in the middle of a shopping center. The layout of the place was very nice. I enjoyed the very high ceilings in the dining room, and there were a lot of choices in their menu every day.

I am in independent living at Copley Place, and it's great so far. The staff is always very professional. I have a nice bedroom studio place, and I brought my own furniture. The food has been good so far, and we get three meals a day.

I enjoyed the tour at Copley Place. I would love to go there, but I can’t afford it. It’s a beautiful place. I like the way the people treated me. I like the apartments and the food. For one thing, it is close to where I want to be. Food was very good. The service was excellent. The staff told me about the activities. They have a library and an exercise room. They have exercises and they have trips outside.

Copley Place is a very lovely facility. It would not work for our loved one because the apartment-type rooms are quite a walk from the dining room and the central meeting place for the residents. Our loved one is not capable of getting herself that far away from her room by herself, so it won't work even though it is a lovely facility. You can get help if you need it for personal grooming or bathing, but I would say the facility is more for independent living. They do have an elevator, but the walk from the room to the elevator could even be difficult for some people. The grounds are beautiful. The facility is located in a great place for more independent seniors. There's plenty of shopping, restaurants, theaters, and all kinds of entertainment in that area if you're able to get out and about. I met with the director, and she was very nice, knowledgeable, and pleasant. She followed up with us in a timely manner with our decision. There are some nurse's aides that could help with personal care and showering for the residents who aren't able to do those things for themselves.

My mother-in-law was trying to get into Copley Place, and we were working on it. It was nice place. People seemed nice. The food we ate there was good. There were a couple of different things going on all the time, but I did not really make note of it. We liked it, and it was clean. They had their own way to have their own rides to doctor's appointment, if they did not have to go to their doctors.

I visited Copley Place for my mother-in-law. The person that showed us around was very knowledgeable, very nice, and very helpful. For our price point, their rooms were studio apartments, so it was just one room, and that we did not like. It was on 250 acres, the property was beautiful, and they did have a lot to offer, but again, for what we were looking for in our price point, I did not care for the unit itself. It was a studio apartment. It just wasn’t a nice setting.

In Copley Place, you can get all of the services that a true independent living community provides. My mom likes living there. The residents are very friendly as are the two managers who live there full-time on-site. Each apartment has a kitchen area with a full-sized refrigerator and microwave. The staff cleans her apartment every week. They change her bed and wash her sheets and towels. She still needs to maintain her personal laundry, though, in the laundry facility there. They charge for the washing machine and dryers, but it is still a good thing. The meals are excellent, too. My mom would probably be 200 lbs if she eats everything they give her. They have food available all day. Fortunately, they have exercise class every morning. My mom will also be joining a book club. They have a bus that takes them to banks, drugstores and grocery stores. It is simply a pleasant community, and the people are great!

I visited Copley Place. The units were much larger. They showed me a large two-bedroom, which was very nice. All the staff seemed very nice. I didn't eat there, but I saw the dining room. It was very nice and very open with round tables. It almost looked more like a restaurant. The people were more active there. It was lively and looked less hospitally. The clientele was properly placed health wise. They had transportation, or if the people can drive, they can drive themselves. It's secure, and it's located close to shops.

Copley Place was very nice and a newer facility. It was a little too fussy for my mom, but it was big, airy, spacious, and clean. The rooms were a nice size. Mom didn't like the fact that it was on the second floor, even though they had elevators. But they were a nice facility. There was artwork in the hallway on the walls. It was like being in an art museum.

Of all the places we've visited, Copley Place was the only facility that impressed us. The facility is more cheery and big. It’s laid out better and it's more like a hotel. We really like the place. I found the staff very pleasant. They were more than willing to sit and chat with us. It's just was a more friendly atmosphere. The food was very good. Overall, it's a very nice facility.
