Yeah, this place is getting worse and worse over time. Where to start, how about the management team up front that only sit in their offices, and when you do see them, they are leaving for lunch, which seems like all the time. They are lazy and, to be honest, one of the worst run business I've ever seen in my life. Once, when two of them came back from lunch, they smelled of alcohol and to what some employees say that quite often they smell of it. The sales lady lies and ignores the residents when they finally move in. The Executive Director seems like a child and has no clue what she doing at all. The nurses, well, when they have them are I guess decent, but they come and go like changing clothes. The aids do nothing at all besides sit around and talk or play on their phone. I pressed my mom's pendent, and it took over an hour for them to come to the room . The funny part they was two of them right outside the door in the sitting area. When I asked if they were coming to help, they said, "I'm on break!" The housekeepers, well, they don't do much. The one who cleans my mothers room is always gone, and when I do see her, she smells like weed, and her tattoos are very offensive. My mother even told me that the housekeepers go thru her stuff all the time, so we had to put a camera in her room. The dining servers are nice people, but they don't talk much. The food is as basic as it can get so whoever runs that kitchen might wanna take some cooking classes to learn how to cook. The activities are boring, and they don't do anything besides bingo and watch movies once a week. They don't go anywhere, they don't take them outside, they don't play games with them, they sit in their rooms and do nothing. All in all, this place is more of a prison than a home for your loved ones. Please don't move in cause once you do, you are trapped, and the salespeople know that. I've seen better homeless shelters then this place. Good luck if you do move them in cause honestly in the last few months, I've seen tons of move outs and barely any move ins.

We toured Brooklyn Pointe Assisted Living. It was great. Everything was perfect for what they offered. I was impressed with the place. It was clean. It was inviting. The rooms were very nice. The staff was great, too. They were very helpful and very informative. The dining area was very nice. They have a regular calendar of activities.

We went to Brooklyn Pointe. It was very clean and they looked very nice. It was nice and bright for the seniors and they kept them busy. They were playing bingo and doing things there, and the staff was nice. They do have a physical therapy room, but they don't really have physical therapy there, but you can utilize it for physical therapy. People were just watching TV and snoozing, just chatting, talking. I know it had a game room, books, and puzzles. We saw studio types and we saw one-bedroom apartments. The one-bedroom was nice and had everything you could need in there, but my mum wouldn't need a microwave, refrigerator, stuff like that. So we're thinking more of the studio for her because she'd go for meals and everything herself.

My mother will be moving into Brooklyn Pointe. We had a very positive experience. It's a newer building. It's 3 years old. Everything was modern and clean, and there were no smells or anything as we toured. The apartments were all very nice and spacious. We're looking at a studio apartment that was more spacious than some of the other studios that we have seen. They have a lot of activities. Their dining room was nice. It's restaurant-style where you sit down and order off a menu. They have different levels of care. They have a memory care area, which we did not see, but they have that there should we need to move mom into that area.

We chose Brooklyn Pointe for mom. I liked the cleanliness, the personable experienced staff, and qualified staff. The staff who gave us the tour had a positive attitude and clean hygiene and was professional. The rooms were clean, modern, up-to-date, and new. The dining area was clean and open space and had a friendly atmosphere.
