Mom moved to Canton Regency. It is very nice. They've just remodeled the whole place. They have some nice grounds. The staff seems friendly. The people that live there are also friendly. They always have a whole schedule of activities for the residents. They have musicians come in, they play bingo, and they have movie nights. The food seems to be good. I've eaten it there a couple of times. There's a lot of food choices. You can have whatever they made for dinner or you can order special food.

I don't think anything is perfect but Canton Regency was clean and nice. The structure inside was beautiful. The lady was very kind and accommodating.

We toured Canton Regency. They had a beautiful main area and gathering area. They were very kind. It seemed like it would have been good, but the community was closer for us for one thing. We liked what we saw. The staff was just very hurried. They took us on the tour, but they were also very distracted by other people that they were dealing with. We didn't have time to ask too many questions. The rooms were adequate. The one thing we didn't like about them is they were so far away from the main thing and you had to go through. We had to go through several locked doors or something, several hallways to get to a room. It looked clean. They were doing some remodeling to update some of their facilities, and it was under construction at the time, but what they were adding on looked like it would be nice.

I have chosen them for my parents. They accept Medicaid waivers after 18 months. It was renovated. It was very clean and inviting. It's a nice facility. The staff who assisted me was Stephanie, and she was wonderful. She helped us with every step in the process and answered all our questions. She let us know step by step what we need to do. They showed us the dining area and their activities room. They also showed us their outside area.

I liked the different programs, and the apartments that they have. The apartments were nice and big. The staff was friendly. The food was good. They have computers, a library, and craft activities. Cleanliness was also very good. There was a lot of green space and a courtyard for you to sit in. It was nice.
