I'm currently in Rose Senior Living - Beachwood. It's pretty nice, but it's just too expensive for me. The people seem to be nice. The apartments that they have for independent living are very nice. My interaction with the staff is satisfactory. The apartment that I'm in has a full kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. I have a little laundry room with a washer and dryer. They have nice amenities here. I have nothing bad to say about this place. They have a movie theater, and they have religious stuff. They have a lot of things, but I don't use them. I don't mind being by myself. Most of the food is satisfactory.

Rose Senior Living Beachwood has more social things, but they're very expensive. They're over $5050 to $6000 a month. Two meals are included. They've got the pool, a courtyard, and bus trips. They've got activities, a beauty shop, and everything. They're very, very professional. They've invited me for lunches and get-togethers with groups of people who are thinking of getting into the facility. The building was nice.

Please do not entrust the care of your loved one to the Assisted Living (AL) unit at Rose if they need staff to administer their daily medication. Rose is not currently equipped to do this. I have a dear friend who is a resident. Often she receives only parts of her prescribed medicines or worse yet she does not receive any medications. The head nurse’s response is “we’re working on that”. I wonder what they think the residents should do in the meantime! Please think twice about placing your loved one at Rose Assisted Living.

We toured the independent living part of Rose Senior Living - Beachwood. It was nice, the people appeared to be nice, it was very clean, and the location was perfect. They have a salon and they have swimming. You can get meals too, so it is a home away from home. There's no reason that you have to leave. The person who gave us the tour was very patient and very informative. The dining area was very clean, elegant, spacious, and well-lit. They do laundry and they have a section that accepts pets. They also have a gym.

I toured Rose Senior Living - Beachwood last January. We're just waiting on the Veterans Aid Services. The staff was really helpful. They answered everything that we needed. All in all, it was really pleasant. It was spotless. I didn't see one speck of dirt or mold. It was really nice. Their patio area is fairly new. The grounds are well-kept, as well as the common area where they can get coffee, cakes, donuts, or things like that. It's really clean. It's up to date and very modern.

My mom moved into Rose Senior Living - Beachwood. Everybody there has been really helpful. They were very good at what they do by making my mom feel comfortable in a new environment. They were very efficient at communication. We did this long distance, so they were very helpful to set up like the furniture being moved there. They made sure it went smoothly. I'm in constant communication, daily communication with the people at Rose, but I'm not there physically. My partner went with my mother to get her moved in.

We toured Rose Senior Living Beachwood and I fell absolutely in love with it. I loved the friendliness of the people, the size of the rooms, and I loved that they had a very modern kitchen. We looked at independent there because they had independent, assisted, and memory care. They thought that we could do well with independent living before we moved into assisted living. For the independent, they give you a certain allowance for meals and they still had housekeeping twice a month. It came with a full kitchen. It was absolutely lovely and up to date. It has an oven, refrigerators, the whole thing. They had a swimming pool. They had us for lunch because they gave you a $250 per person allowance for meals and that lunch was out of this world. I got a fresh salad, and it was delicious. They have Starbucks for breakfast and you can get any Starbucks you want. They had people come and talk to us. And the lunch we had was with residents that were there. They were so friendly. I was ready to move immediately, but my husband wasn't sure he wanted to live here. If we move, that's where we will go. They let us taste the food some of the other people were having and one person had a steak. It's a 5. The chef came out and talked to us, too.
