Bel Air Senior Living Community is nice. I've had a couple things that I brought up to the people in charge, just different stuff about other residents, but overall it's a nice facility. I can't complain. I went to a couple other ones and they weren't like this. I still think that they need to do some improvement at this place though, but the staff is wonderful. Overworked, but wonderful. My brother's room is small. He's got enough to fit his bed, a small table, and his recliner. Then he has his own bathroom. He has a little patio porch that he can step out onto, and then they have the outside area for smoking, but I believe that it should be a covered area because it snows here in Ohio. There's stuff that happens all the time. It doesn't have to be enclosed or anything, but at least have some kind of a roof over the top of their heads; even if it was just like a tent type area or something like that. I like the place, I do. The room is again a little small, and he's got a small little kitchenette in his room. He doesn't do any cooking, so I kind of look at it as kind of part of the assisted living, but I think it's sad how much they charge for any of these places. They provide his meals. They have people that come around and try to get everybody involved, which I'm happy about, because they've actually gotten my brother to be involved in some of their stuff. I didn't think he was going to, but he actually has. They take them out, they go to Walmart, and they go to different places to eat. They have bingo and different games and stuff that they play with the activity people. They are just excellent.

Bel Air Senior Living Community is excellent. We chose them for their affordability and location. The residents and the staff there are so friendly. They come up to you and introduce themselves. My mom is in their assisted living. The staff are friendly and caring. They cared about me, too. They also have a beauty shop.

The room I saw at Bel Air Senior Living Community was way too small. It's right in a residential area. There's a house right next door, and the guy had his motorhome parked there. It's right in a central area and sidewalks. It's pretty well kept. Their offices are in an old house, but it's been redone. It was nice, and the place was very clean. It's residential and not on a main highway, where they're zipping past going really fast.

I actually visited Bel Air for my mother. I was accommodated very well. They had just opened up so we had to put gowns and masks on, which was fine. They were very helpful and very thorough. They assessed my mom as she walked around so they could decide if she was an appropriate fit there or not. They did a very good job of explaining to her what their care was like. My mom met some of the aides that worked there; they did a super job. It would have been our second choice actually. The inside and outside of the place was very clean and well kept. They had bingo and shopping and they had a bus that could take them places.

My dad is in Bel Air, and so far, he seems to be happy. I talked to the people who worked there, they seemed to be caring, and they call me when something comes up. Everybody seemed very nice. He has no complaints about the food, and they get 3 choices of what they want to eat. His room is very nice, it's very homey, and it doesn't feel like a nursing home.

One of the nursing staff with long brown hair, is very demanding to patients. Down right rude. Not happy with my Aunts care but nothing I can do about it. The food sucks and most of the staff really does not care. Several times have said something to other staff and nothing being done!

Belair was very good, nice, and clean, and the people were nice. They had activities. The studio rooms in the assisted living were fine and had more of a homey feel.

I am in Bel Air. My daughter and her husband chose this one for me. The food is like any institutional food. We have activities like bingo, painting, baking, ice cream socials, movies, reading, and jigsaw puzzles. We have bus trips, but they are not regular. They have them several times a year. I like that I have a nice big patio that I can put furniture on in the summer. However, the rooms could be a bit bigger.
