The Center’s Cardiac Rehabilitation Program is the first and only program of its kind provided in a Brooklyn skilled nursing facility which was developed in collaboration with NYU Langone’s Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation. Bedford Center is the only sub-acute center in Brooklyn to accept patients using a Left Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD).
