"We put my mother in Rialto Post Acute. She's with hospice. It's pretty good. It's very clean. The nurses are compassionate. They care about the patients. It's very nice and it's very big. It's just so far from us, but we try to visit her almost every other day. We take turns with my sisters and brothers. The service is very good. The staff are nice, very courteous, and very helpful. I like that it's very clean, and they change the beddings every day, which is nice."

"Asistencia Villa is very bright, open and clean. The people are very nice there and taking very good care of my mom, so far. They have everything. She has only been there for two weeks, but so far, so good. Everything seems to be going really well. Her room is very spacious and very nice, and they keep it clean and neat. They do a great job. "

"There’s Community Care on Palm that’s really nice. It’s for mild and moderate memory care and for those who don’t act out. It’s beautiful. The staff was polite, but my mom was too far advanced with her Alzheimer's to be accepted there. We were able to take a short tour, and they explained that she didn’t fit into the culture of their community. They have rooms with 2 beds in each one and a hall that goes in a complete circle. You have an inside courtyard with windows that you can look out of, and there’s an outside courtyard that's gated. They have a beautiful little yard, and people are very calm there. The staff seems very nice and very adequate. Everybody gathers together in the dining room. It seems like they have a really nice community. It looks like it’s very family-oriented, so everybody is together and gets along really well. They were very impressive. "

"The people in Terracina Post Acute are very helpful and caring. They're a very busy community, so it's sometimes hard to get someone on the phone. I was down there one day and I helped a CNA change my sister, make her bed back up, dress her, and change her. It's incredible to me what the staff can do with my sister because she is about 300 pounds. I'm impressed. The place looks like an old mansion that someone converted into a hospital. It's really pretty when you walk in; there are two grand staircases on either side. Going down the hall, you'll see people who are rehabbing that are going to get better and go home. They also have residents who have dementia or Alzheimer's, but they are locked in in one area so they don't get lost. The people who are able mentally and physically can go outside and sit in the sun or smoke a cigarette. The people I met and talked to seemed happy. An old lady was playing the grand piano there one day and that was really cool."

"My husband was at Redlands Healthcare Center. It was really good. Everybody's friendly. They took good care of him. They gave him physical therapy. He seemed to enjoy it. All the people working there were friendly. They were real good about taking care of the patients. The staff was great. They were constantly cleaning. I don't think I ever saw the place dirty. It didn't smell like it was dirty. It was always nice and clean. My husband was very picky, but according to him the food was good."

"Nursing Center looks clean, friendly staff, good smell, I recommend to come in and check out the place, for anyone looking for quality in care look no more this is the place! A very active community. Recreational services are very up beat, really seem to motivate the patients in participating in the daily community activities. Rehab services are superb I've see so much commitment to each individual receiving services, it warms my heart to see how much care, compassion, attention the staff show to each patient. Amazing...."

"please dont take your family here they dont take care of their patients! patients come in and leave worse than before. tons of bed sores from sweating all day and night and sitting in their own feces and urine. the staff doesnt care about the care they give, the nurse assistants and RNS sleep on the night shift. "My husband was at Ballard Rehabilitation Hospital. They offered more of a high intense workout and he couldn't do it. He didn't spend enough time there, but when he was there, he was happy. He just wanted to go home. It was very clean. The staff members weren't as cheerful, but you could see them all working together. Their meals were good. They cleaned all the time. They took care of the rooms. The outdoor area was really nice. We never got to go at the back, but they had a place for the families to get together, like a patio for them. The administration staff was terrific."

"Well my sister has been a resident of Valley Healthcare for about 1½ weeks now. Since COVIC-19 prevents visitors from visiting loved ones, I really can not share my experience of the overall facility. But what I can share is if the staff is anything like BRAD from ADMINISTRATION, VALLEY HEALTHCARE is an AWESOME, CARING, HELPFUL, and a kind of place I would recommend for your family member. I have seen improvement in my sister since being at the facility. And once again a big S/O to BRAD from ADMINISTRATION - YOU ARE AWESOME, JUST AWESOME and thank you BRAD for your patience and help with my sister yesterday 5/21/20!! Gloria Allen"

"We visited Waterman Convalescent Hospital. The staff was very nice and very friendly. The place was OK. It was clean. The residents seemed happy."

"Community Care and Rehabilitation Center was more of a hospital environment. It’s a big place, with lots of people in there. Everybody is rolling in their wheelchairs. There are doctors and nurses. You have skilled nursing in there, and you’ve got medical help. He is literally in assisted living for Alzheimer’s living; if you need something beyond that, we have to take him somewhere. The care was good for a big place. I would probably prefer to keep my dad there than where he is now, but his Medicare doesn’t pay anything on it, so financially it wasn’t going to happen. People don’t get really frustrated with one individual. There are a lot of seemed to be skilled hands that they are helping and keeping them clean. They get people into the bathrooms better. They’ve got better staffing overall to handle every situation. "
