This facility is under new management and I'm happy that there is a new administrator and nursing director. They are both very friendly and smile - that makes a difference. My neighbor has been here for a while and Ive been coming to visit for a long time. I am pleased with the care that she is getting and know that she's in good hands. They seem to always have enough workers and the food looks good. I don't have any concerns about her care and look forward to visits. The staff comes to the room a lot and theres a nice area to go enjoy the outdoors. Theres a child care center next door and its nice to see the children play, its like being at home and not at the hospital. Ive been to other centers in the area and this is by far the best. Its always clean and doesn't smell horrible.

OMG. THIS BUILDING STAYS CLEAN AND SMELL GREAT. THE FOOD IS PRESENTABLE BUT THE CARE OF THE RESIDENTS IS RIDICULOUS. ITS SO SHORT STAFFED ON EVERY SHIFTS WHICH MEANS THE RESIDENTS AREN'T GETTING THE PROPER CARE THEY NEED. ITS A SHAME THIS FACILITY IS BEING RAN THE WAY IT IS. THEY SOMETIMES DON'T HAVE WIPES, BREIFS OR THINGS THEY NEED TO WORK WITH, BUT THE AIDES TRY AND DO THEIR BEST TO MANAGE. I FEEL SORRY FOR THEM AND THE FACILITY....

Not enough staff in the nursing facility to give proper care to residents that are bed ridden.

I've visit this facility numerous of times. The staff is loaded with nurses with a total of 80 residents and 90 beds. It is a fast paced environment and the residents are checked on constantly. The facility is located in the same lot as the hospital. The place is clean and the residents are well taken care of. I really like how the nurses are always in and out of each room. It lets me know that if a resident is sick and in need for medication assistants, a nurse would be in shortly. I spoke to an elderly man that lives there and ask him " How often when you need help do you have to press the help button on the side of your bed?" the resident replied " hardly any, they're in my room so much, they minus well sleep with me. He laughed...
