They do a great job at keeping me informed of everything going on with my mom. I TRULY REGRET MY FATHER BEING IN THIS UNORGANIZED FACILITY. LACK OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN STAFF MEMBERS. OT AND PT TEAM ARE AWESOME, THANK YOU. I am a patient recently admitted to the Brian Center in Wilson, NC for rehab from a Ankle Fracture. While here at the Brian Center, I have experience the excellent care being provided by their Physical Therapy and Occupation Therapy Departments. I have learned a lot about my care from the staff. My mom has dementia and she could not live alone. I tried to keep her with me and that didn't just work. That time, she fell at her house while she was still living alone and that's when all this came about. She injured her back. One thing that I do not like about this Facility is that it has received a 3 star Health Rating. But There are several things that I do like. The staff is very professional and quick to respond to patient needs if and when they arise. They provide one on on personal assistance to each resident on a daily basis and they do not leave any one patient out.
