I seriously doubt you could find a better place to reside or have a loved one reside. I have met some of the best people I have ever known in my own very active life...I can't believe this wonderful community, from the executives and the whole staff, including the waitstaff. In just a short time, many felt like family. I know this sounds too good to be true, but I think occasionally--if not rarely--it proves to be true. The kindness and thoughtfulness of almost everyone lightens the heart and changes you along the way to be better than you otherwise might have been.

It is hard to find an honest person today - and a salesman to boot - and a New Yorker! (I can say that because I was one). This is just what I found in Bryan. Compassion and love of his job and helping people even though it's not part of his job. Of course it's easy with a great team behind you. I had lunch, hung around for the music and talked to several residents and I am looking forward to meeting many more "new friends" Can't wait to move in!

We didn't like The Woods at Holly Tree. I didn't get a good feeling about it. It looked too sad. The people were very nice, but it wasn't what my mom would need. Also, we saw a dead roach, so that was kind of off-putting. The atmosphere was sad. The dining area was OK. There was nothing special. We had a bad feeling about the place.

The Woods at Holly Tree was very spacious and very clean from what I've seen. The people were friendly. It was pretty good. I like it better than I did the other place. The staff was very nice, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable there. He did everything he could. He showed me everything and told me what was available and what wasn't available. The dining area looked very comfortable. They have movie nights, bingo, and an exercise room.

The least thing I liked about The Woods at Holly Tree was the location. The staff was wonderful. The residents seemed a little bit younger and more active. We saw a lot more people out in the area. The director was amazing. The staff members are all very loyal. A lot of them have been there for 27 or 17 years. They care about their residents and know them by name. They have a lot of activities for the residents. The facility was very clean. It's a pretty little place. It's nice and airy.

The Woods at Holly Tree was a great facility. The rooms were very spacious for my needs. Everything was great about the facility including the staff there, but I like to exercise a lot, and they didn't seem to have a lot of exercise machines and exercise space. Other than that, everything was fine. They had a salon for nails and things like that, a library area, and washer and dryer facilities. They had areas for pets and a very nice dining facility. They have medical support. If you have some medical problems, somebody can check on you, that sort of a thing. The lady that did the tour was very good and she introduced me to other employees. They, too, were very outgoing and very receptive. I enjoyed the tour. The place was very clean and neat. It was a great place. They just didn't have a lot of equipment in their exercise room. That's the main thing. The location was great. I was looking for a place that is off the main path and it was kind of in a nice area with not a lot of traffic and that sort of thing, so I liked that.

I went to The Woods at Holly Tree. The tour itself wasn't quite as well managed. They were a little short staffed. The people that took us around, I don't think were part of the sales staff. They didn't really go into as much detail about the actual service that they provide; the person wasn't used to giving tours. It was newer than the other one we visited, very nice-looking building, and very clean on the inside and outside. People still driving could either use service parking for no additional charge or you could actually rent a covered garage for your vehicle if that's what you desired. That gives a lot of flexibility to someone who's just kind of wanting independent living and is not ready for nursing care yet. They described dining as ordering off a menu, but we did not eat there. The residents there seemed very happy. They had residents who were considered ambassadors. They came up and introduced themselves, "If you have any questions, you can ask us in addition to the staff." It was a nice experience. Everything was very nice and clean. They showed us models. My friend was looking for a one-bedroom. At that point, he thought he might want a two-bedroom. When he saw the difference in price, he wasn't interested in that, but they were nice. A sink, a mini-fridge, and a microwave are all they have in the room. The staff did their best, but I think the people that were showing us around weren't used to doing that.

The Woods at Holly Tree is a very nice community with friendly staff. They have nice open spaces, like the dining room and the lounge areas. The apartment seemed spacious enough. They had nice-sized windows, outdoor spaces, and patios. The facility is in a nice shape; it doesn't need any updating or anything like that. I was always very happy with it. It was the sales manager that took me around and answered questions. She was helpful.

My mother-in-law moved here. It's a very lovely facility, they have three meals a day plus three snacks, and they have activities on a daily basis. Most people have their own 1- or 2-bedroom apartments. They have outside activities, the care is very good, the cnas are great, and they answer all our questions when we call or visit. They have an exercise area, they have books on a bookcase, and they have a special activity area where they play bingo and do other activities. It's also pet friendly.

Wonderful community, not sure when it was built but looks new from the exterior. Saw residents outside sitting and talking among themselves, they seem to be happy in senior living. Doesn't look like a nursing home, more of a homely feel which is nice and comforting especially if you have any concerns of moving your loved one.

The biggest compliment I can share is how carrying the staff is . Every one from the office, housekeeping, dietary, seeks to make my mothers stay as good as possible. Durning Covid-19, for the protection of all, activities and outings are very limited. But when possible they try hard to make things as normal as possible. Before Covid, activities were what my mother really liked.

This community is truly immaculate and looks brand new. Everyone is so nice and I'm so very happy with my tour. The people in the community seemed to really care about the residents and the residents seemed so happy as well. There were lots of activities and really nice people.

I was highly impressed with my visit to The Woods at Holly Tree. Everyone seemed very nice and I could tell other residents were happy by the smiles on their faces. We toured other communities but we had a warm welcoming upon arriving at The Woods at Holly Tree. It definitely made my mom so very happy.

The Woods at Holly Tree is an excellent place for seniors to live. I especially liked the walking path with the pond view. The people working there seemed great, and the staff was excellent. The facilities are good and overall the community looked very clean a place that I would love to see my mom. Out of all the places we have looked, The Woods at Holly Tree stood out the most.

The Woods was very nice. The staff seem to be like family. I also enjoyed seeing the smiling faces of the current residents as it truly made the tour much more easier for my dad. I would reccomend this place to anyone who is looking for a great community regarding their loved one and know that my dad will enjoy living there.

The Woods was very nice. I liked the atmosphere and everything looked beautiful. This was why I said yes to this community. They offered laundry service and three meals a day, or help whenever I need someone to clean the apartment. They had different activities, like bingo.

The Woods at Holly Tree was a very nice place with very nice rooms. I was really impressed with it. They invited my son and me to have lunch with them, and the sales lady gave us a tour. I thought the food was a little on the slim side, but it was very good.

Everything was fine at The Woods at Holly Tree except the location. It was not very accessible, and everything was a little busier. We had a short visit but very nice. The facility was fine, and the staff was very nice.

I took a tour at The Woods at Holly Tree. I saw their rooms and their dining facilities. If it is associated with the Holiday Resorts, it’s a good facility. The appearance was good. It is a new facility. I guess the chef there has a bunch of awards for the cooking that he does, which is impressive. It was more modern than the other community. The facility was newer. I like the building itself a little bit better, but it turned out that it was just a little bit farther down the road. The staff and the lady who gave me the tour were very nice. It was a topnotch facility.

The Woods at Holly Tree was very nice; it just wasn’t what we were looking for because it was just a little too limited. The two-bedroom apartments were very small and did not have full kitchens, only a sink and a little refrigerator. It just wasn’t what my parents were looking for at the time. I understand there’s probably a lot of people that stay there don’t need anything more than that, but you have to furnish your own microwave if you stay there. The people were wonderful, very accommodating, very nice, very helpful, and tried very hard to answer our questions.

The Woods was cheery, very clean, with a lot of activities going on. It was a larger facility, and it was nice. Not only their administration people, but their nursing people and physical therapy people were wonderful and willing to work with my mom's needs and help her. I had lunch there, and they were wonderful.

The Woods at Holly Tree was nice. They showed us two apartments. The one looked okay and the other one my wife didn't like at all because there was no stove in there. The food was okay. It was kind of homey. The people were friendly and the staff was nice.

The Woods of Holly Tree was absolutely beautiful. Everything was just perfect. The people were very welcoming, we liked the services that they're going to provide. The residents themselves always had a smile on their faces. The rooms were clean and spacious. It meets mom's needs at the time. Mom actually signed the contract, but then changed her mind and decided to stay home.
