My mother-in-law was at Trinity Oaks. She passed away in November. She was in independent living for about four years, and then she had to go to assisted living and was there for almost a year. She missed her home, but she enjoyed it. The place was always really good, and the amenities were very nice. To begin with, her room was a one-bedroom condo. She had a den/kitchen combination and one full bath, and it was very nice. Then she had to go into a single room, and she had a bed, a sofa, a chair, and a bathroom, too. They had places that they could go to as a group on the bus at least once a month. They had an outdoor space that was really nice where they had cookouts and things of that nature. There was also entertainment that came in throughout the month. Everybody was very nice, and the food was always good. The facility was very nice. They always had something for them to do. My mother-in-law didn't particularly care to participate, which was her choice, but they did have that available for them. It seemed quite expensive, and I don't think just anybody could afford it.

We really liked Trinity Oaks, but we're financially strapped that we barely qualify for places like them. You have to pay for each new level as you need it. The people and the activities were great. It's a lovely place, and it had a fair amount of land. You do not see the road, so it had nice grounds and people can do a little garden outside of their porch, take walks, or drive. We know a few people there, and they like it very much. It's a Lutheran place, but it doesn't force religion on anybody. The rooms were nice and well designed, and the contents were great, but we can take in our own furniture. The services seemed really good. The people were enthusiastic and happy with retiring to such a place. We just can't afford it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's an excellent place. They had chefs, and the people seemed to like the food.

Trinity Oaks is outstanding, I would rate them a 5 on everything. They had nice rooms, amenities, a beautiful swimming pool area, and fitness area. It was immaculate. The staff who gave me the tour was very nice. I saw their menu, and they had the buffet in the dining room. I don't have complaints about them at all.

Trinity Oaks is a wonderful CCRC. It has so much to offer on one campus. Several family members have been a part of this community in different levels of care and would highly recommend it to anyone. So many amenities, activities, great food, and the best staff.

Trinity Oaks was nice, but it was way too big. I don’t think my mother would be able to navigate it as well as she did at the other community, and just seeing it, it was far too big. What attracted me is that it’s a Lutheran family home, so it was religious based and Christianity-based community, and I like that.

The facility was very nice, and the people were very nice. Trinity Oaks was just farther away that the other one. It would be an hour away as opposed to being four minutes away. It's what it boils down to for us in many ways. The people there were fine. We have no complaints about the facility or the people. It was too far and much more expensive as well. There were two things, but really more of the distance than the cost. It is a wonderful facility, and I would recommend it for somebody that lives there. They have a nice calendar of activities as well.

I visited Trinity Oaks for my mother. I highly recommend it. The staff was very nice. Everything was just great. I like just everything about it, i.e., the staff, the surroundings, and the rooms. It was all very nice. The food was very good. The dining area was very nice.

Trinity Oaks has an advertisement on the radio, so I decided to check them out. From what I saw, it was a really good place. They have nice facilities. We're looking for the best bang for the buck and they have that too; dollar-wise. Food is very good. The only thing I didn't like about it is that they only have two meals a day instead of three. They do have activities although I didn't see any at the time of my tour. Overall, I would recommend this place.
