I moved into Overture Crabtree. It's comfortable. It's a little hard to see what they really have to offer right now with the pandemic going on, but they're trying to do things that are safe for the residents, so I'm comfortable with that. Hopefully, it will open back up next year. I chose this place because of the apartment. They have plenty of room, so I am comfortable downsizing from a house to this. I'm enjoying the size. I'm not settled in yet, but I'm enjoying what I have. The food is not bad. I'm happy with the move. It was a difficult decision after 24 years in one house, but I'm comfortable. The parking garage here is a plus.

Overture Crabtree 55+ Apartment Homes was good. I enjoyed it. They took me through the whole building and showed me the different activities that they have for the tenants. And I'm looking forward to moving in. They have a game room, they have a pool, they have a place where you can sit and read, and they have a workout center. The apartments have wooden floors and brand-new cabinetry. They were nice. They have stainless steel appliances and a walk-in closet. Everything is included, including all the appliances like the microwave, the refrigerator, and the dishwasher. The tour was very good. The leasing officer showed me everything. She showed me the different rec rooms that they have. The person who took me around was very friendly. She was very clear and very articulate. She explained everything, every detail. She made me feel very welcome. They were having a Halloween party at the time, and they invited me. The food was very nice. The people in attendance were very nice. I loved it.

Overture Crabtree 55+ Apartment Homes is a nice community. It's built maybe five or six years ago, it's not that old. I like their apartment. I'm taking a one-bedroom apartment in that community. Since I lived in the neighborhood, I knew that community for a long time. When I started to look, that's the place I went. I went to a couple of more places but that was my favorite. The staff was very, very helpful.

My friend and I visited Overture in Raleigh. Alicia spent 3 hours with us. We viewed several available apartments — each of us with different requirements. Alicia was knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. The facility looks brand new, with a secure garage, and additional storage available. It is very well maintained and well located in N Raleigh. There are many options available with different layouts and views/exposures.

Overture Crabtree was nice, and it's a relatively new facility. It had nice amenities, and the location was good if you want to be downtown. I can't comment on the staff because I haven't had any interaction with them, but the people during the visit were courteous, polite, and accommodating. The covered parking with easy access to every level was good. The only drawback is that you're downtown, so there's no park setting. I thought the prices were too high at the Overture for the amount of space. You still had to drive -- it's not like you can walk downtown or anything like that -- but it's relatively close to downtown.

Overture Crabtree was just awesome and my visit was wonderful. The lady that I met was there waiting for me and there was a gentleman that was greeting people as they came in. There's deck parking and things are covered so you aren't out in the rain. The place was very modern, clean, they have a pool and tennis courts, the whole works. It's good for an active retired person. You can have a 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, or a studio. It's a high-rise building and you can either take an elevator or there are ramps that don't have too many steps. The people I met there were happy, vibrant, getting together in the lobby area, and they were always doing things. I was just really impressed. It was so outstanding. The lady who was doing the tour knew people by their first name and knew their kids. It was like a big home for a family. When I was doing the tour, the lady showed me each of the different rooms, and told me the pluses and cons. I was really impressed with the décor of the rooms, but you have to take your own stuff in, which helps people adapt better. The rooms have a little kitchen with a refrigerator and stove. The only drawback is they add on the cost for electricity and all that. You don't have a set amount except for the room itself.

We went to Overture Crabtree. It's very nice. The staff is good, and the community is nice. There's no food there. However, it was not right for my mother at this time.

Overture Crabtree is an excellent place, and my experience living here is great. The food is good. They give the independent living residents breakfast every day. The place itself is nice, clean, and beautiful. The staff members are very friendly and professional.

Overture Crabtree was a beautiful place, with a beautiful inside and outside space, and beautiful apartments. It's more like a condo. There was no meal plan exactly. The atmosphere was lovely, and the couple of residents I met seemed to enjoy living there. The architecture and layout were beautiful.

I was very happy with Overture Crabtree. The staff was very nice, treated me very well, and gave me a lot of information. The location was amazing, was easy to find in a nice area, and close to the mall. I was really pleased and satisfied with everything that I saw.

Overture Crabtree was immaculate, beautiful, and clean. There was lots to do there. The staff members were very friendly and went above and beyond for me. They can't wait until I move in, and I can't wait to get there.

Overture Crabtree was wonderful all the way around and family-oriented. The staff was fantastic from the ED all the way down. It seemed like I've known these people for years. Their rating is beyond 5 stars. I went to 12 other places, but I signed up the day I visited this place. It was so awesome.
