My wife is in Accordius Health at Mooresville for rehab. It is very good. The grounds are in good shape, and the place is very clean. The food is really good but it's just too expensive. It seems like the staff is pretty good there. They've been nice to me, and they've been friendly. They got bingo, a movie night, and plenty of activities. To me, it ain't worth the price they ask. It's not worth seven grand a month.

If you go to visit you need to be let in. This location is short staffed and you will have to peek into residents windows (not fun) to find a nurse to let you in. Also if you call no one is ever available and once someone answers you will be transferred to a hold time of 20+ minutes.

The Director of this Facility was wonderful to work with. My mother was in need of rehab after being hospitalized for an extended period of time. Lynn Napoli answered all of our questions and put our concerns at ease as we went through the process of admission. Although my mother was never admitted to the facility due to her need for further medical care, our family appreciated Lynn's caring attitude and helpfulness tremendously.

My mother is currently in this facility right now it took them over a month to give her a shower they have excuses for everything summer the social worker is a very rude and lazy person I do not like this place I have also reported them to the state of North Carolina the current administrator David has excuses for everything and by learning through several patients there the food is very bad and he even had an excuse that the appliance in the kitchen with the cause of the bad food. I am currently trying to get my mother moved from this facility but they are delaying every way possible they were supposed to send the state of North Carolina afl-2 form due to my mother trying to get on Medicaid they did not even know that the state required a pending Medicaid number this is the worst place and should be shut down and fined!!!!!!!!!!!;;!;;;;;

My mom moved into Accordius Health at Mooresville. It was pretty much my only option. They are short staffed. The facility is older and needs updating. I just haven't had that much interaction with the staff, but they're doing the best they can. They have a physical therapy gym.

I have just started with the facility and my coworkers have been so helpful and kind. They make me feel like family. Interactions with staff have been positive.

My dad has been at the nursing home for 3 years now and i must say that the cna's change every week. Im sure it is a difficult job. However the individual they hour simply do not care. Seems like they hire any one that applies. No experience at all.the center smells terrible. It is definetly a hospital environment. The rooms are very small. The food is bad and the staff pretend to care during core hours. The weekend staff is even worse. The only staff that seems to care is the social worker thst does all she can to assist.

Brian Center was OK. The people were very nice. However, it had more of a hospital atmosphere and hospital smell. The rooms were small and had two people in them. They didn’t have single rooms. There wouldn’t have been room at all for one person, let alone for two. The dining area was small, too. I think the facility was a little crowded.
