Pros: the staff are ver friendly and nice! They seem to be caring !! Cons: This is the care my bed ridden mother gets from Wellington. Im so disgusted as its not the first time we’ve found numerous sores on her back and arms. She complained recently about an injuriy on her as She’s been scratched due to a worker not wearing gloveswhich mom has very thin skin , sores on her feet, , uti infections that sent her to hospital. And now this!!! I feel there needs to be an investigation into this place. We Have reached out to the director numerous times on the lack of care. But get nowhere. I believe its due to poor staffing.theres only a handful of good nurses but it appears they are underpaid or understaffed. The place is definitely dirty and falling apart!!

This is the most unprofessional place. There needs to be some training for the staff. They are not equipped to handle or care for your loved ones. They have a rating of 2.5 pay attention. My mother was checked in on Thursday, and I Checked her out Friday. I was very dissatisfied with their level professionalism. I got my mom home and found that she had been sitting in a dirty diaper for a while.

Five days was long enough to have my parent there. Not enough staff and staff is not adequately trained. They use Med techs instead of nurses to save a few dollars. No one washes their hands and I spotted employees not wearing gloves. My parent was soaking wet x 3 in just the five days. They had no clean laundry in the evening. Call bells not answered in a timely manner. On our arrival there, no help or explanations. Building was dirty looking. When is Medicare going to do something about these places???

My mom is at Wellington Rehab. She has been there for three months. However, they don't do well at all with communication about bills or the family member. They suck. My mom went there from an ALF to this facility because she needs more assistance. Back in December, she was still on her insurance. In going there when she was very sick, I told them if she was off of her insurance to let me know because I have to start to self-pay, but they had not been billing me, and I had not heard anything from them since December. I had to pay four months of a huge amount of money because they had not billed me, and I thought that was just crazy as hell. But now they got me on radar, and I guess everything is going smoothly. One thing I will give them as long as I keep my mom there, the nursing staff and the care they give her is excellent. The nursing care for my mom is the most important thing. If I can pass the headache with the administration, they I'll have the headache, but if it’s the other way around, I will take her out of there. The most important thing is the care for your loved one. Their laundry department -- as far as clothes washing -- sucks because they lost 100% of my mom's clothes the first time they washed them, so I went in and picked up all my mom's stuff, and I have been washing them ever since. They have the worst laundry department.

Don't go by first impressions. I was impressed at first and then started really seeing things and am now appalled; working on getting my parent out of there; not enough staff and those that are there really don't care; they put a diaper on patient rather than try to answer the call bell when a bed-ridden patient needs to go to bathroom
