I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My mom stayed at Adams Farm Living and Rehabilitation. They were very attentive. They were good to my mom. The facility was nice and clean. I don't have any problems with them. I really liked the staff members who worked during the day. I didn't like the location. It's too far from me. They had a beauty shop and a little rec room.

I'm sooo upset and can NOT believe the way I friend of mines grandmother was treated horrible. Told she had a diaper on and she could Sh*t in it. When asked for help to the toilet. Was told to not holler for the nurse that she didn't know where she was from or who she is but that they didn't do that around there. They left her in her urine. They didn't change her 2 almost 48 hours. She has bed sores and is very raw and gaulded. Within 2 days yall. They have NOT been taking proper care of her or her roommate. They both would have to ring call bell over n over and get no response. This is NOT okay. I would NOT take anyone I cared about or heck even if I didn't care for them I wouldn't recommend anyone go there.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My husband is in Adams Farm Living & Rehabilitation. It's been about two weeks, and the experience has been good. He's in a two-bedroom room. The CNAs have been very attentive to him. There's a nice courtyard and we're sitting in that right now. He's participated in the activities. They've been very receptive to his special diet needs as well. I know they brought them magazines to look at. As far as the activities room, I don't know what kind of things they do. I know they have music and that's all I know. I haven't been here long enough. There's a library, a cafeteria, and I'm sure that's where the activities take place, too, and I'm in the courtyard now. There are a lot of benches and a gazebo with a table and chairs. It's very nice out here. The rooms surround the courtyard, so it's very secure. It's a secure facility. They're short-staffed but they do pretty well with what they have.

My family member has been observed on several occasions without AM care being done at 12 pm. Found left in stool and urine . Staff needs to be more attentive and caring to the clients. Definitely not satisfied with the care being given.

My mom is now at Adams Farm Living & Rehabilitation. It's very nice. I've been there. It's clean. She raves about the food. The food is great and the majority of the staff is really great. Her room is nice and large. The facility is very clean. I haven't seen the dining area because she's been eating food in her room. They're providing good rehabilitation and therapy for her.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My husband was a long time resident at Adams Farm. He was treated with the utmost respect by the staff. Special kudos to the nursing and rehab staff. They gave 200%. The facility, though old, was comfortable, the food was good, activities for just about everyone. Adams farm became my husband’s home away from home. I will be eternally grateful for the care the staff provided to make my husband as comfortable as possible.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My mom stayed at Adams Farm Living & Rehabilitation. It felt to me that they were understaffed, but they did what they could do with the resources they had. The facilities were old, but definitely clean. They have activities and the food was decent. They also made sure people had snacks. They were quite pleasant.

I. General the people at this facility are very nice. The physical therapist are the shinning stars. The center did not restrict my mom's diet and water as request in noted in her records. There are not enough nurses and technicians to help patients in a timely manner. Lastly when we tried to transfer out, they did not fully cooperate and send the records as requested.

The physical therapist who worked with my mother-in-law at Adams Farm Living & Rehabilitation is very good. The facility is very clean too. Everything was fine and we had a positive experience with this location.

I visited this facility

Number one fact, this place is huge... we are talking five acres huge and it is beautifully set up. It may not be the most luxurious thing your yes have set upon but the staff and management have made it their number one goal to ensure that the patient is as comfortable as comfortable as possible as long as it takes. With that being said, the did the same for me. They even offered me lunch as they were showing me around the grounds and I was tired after that trek. I met some really nice people after that review. The staff, management and guest have it together there. Plenty of space make this area a very desirable location and the amenities make it even more desirable. Most of the patients looked very happy and content with most laughing and carrying on. The workers were like busy bees. This is definitely a good stop to take if you are looking for a facility for yourself or a friend or family member.
