My sister moved into Cadence Huntersville. It was close to the family members, so it was in a convenient location. The facility is nice and clean. We like their programs and their pricing. They did not charge for different levels of care. Their fee was for all levels of care, so everything comes under their main fee. They bring in people for music. They take the residents to a store, restaurant, or bowling alley. They have field trips. Their staff was very friendly and confident. The dining room is clean. They have good three-square meals and snacks. They take care of the laundry. Some residents could use their own furniture. My sister is in a room that's been remodeled.

Cadence Huntersville is a nice place. We like it. The room is nice and clean. It has its own AC unit and its own bathroom. It is fine for what my mom would need. The staff members were friendly, nice and knowledgeable.

We toured Cadence Huntersville. The staff was a sweetheart. She was a delight, and took us all around and we met a lot of staff. It was an afternoon, so everything was quiet in the memory care, but we got to see it. It was very well decorated, neat, and tidy like home.

I toured Cadence Living - Huntersville. I like the ambiance, the setting, and the choices of food—the choices of options of things to do, like crafts and exercise. I like the rooms. I saw the library, the exercise room, and the crafts room. I saw the covered outside seating area.

My tour of Cadence Huntersville went great. They gave me a lot of information and I was able to see how they operate. The assisted living portion was very nice. I liked the fact that it was small. They were very friendly and caring, and the residents were free to sit in different areas. We passed by one activity where they were playing chair volleyball. The dining room looked great. All of their common living areas looked wonderful. The bedrooms were very nice and were a very nice size. Even the shared room was spacious. We viewed a studio apartment and it was bigger than I thought it would be. The bathroom was very spacious, too. They had the bars on the walls and they had a button you could push in case you needed help. Jonee was fantastic. She was definitely in her realm. She was absolutely wonderful and very friendly. She introduced us to other staff members that were very friendly also. The chef was coming down the hall and she introduced him to us and he talked a little bit with us about what he does as far as nutrition and the menu, and how he tries to please the residents. They just made us feel like we were at home.

We liked Cadence Huntersville because it was close enough to my house, the staff was exceptional (and that's putting it very mildly), and the actual program and the facilities that they have to offer my sister were the very best of care, as well as the environment itself. It is only on two floors, which means getting around was not encumbering and it was immaculately clean. We visited both the assisted living and memory care and met quite a few people on the staff. They appeared to be people of excellence, both skills, and character. They arranged for a private dining experience with my wife, myself, and my sister. It was perfect. The food was excellent.

The tour I had with Cadence at Huntersville was led by a very knowledgeable and kind person. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the place, the different activities, and the dining room. They were all nice. I saw guitars in the dining room where they had been brought in and a lot of residents were having a nice time listening to them. The rooms were also beautiful. It had two windows in them and it's very clean with a nice walk-in shower. I just had a nice feeling about the place. They have an activities room, which looks like they have been doing a lot of different things, then an exercise room and the place was very large and with lots of windows and lots of light. They have walking clubs too. So, I was very impressed with the entire place.

Cadence Huntersville was fantastic. I got to tour their assisted living, but I also spent probably 40 minutes in a sit-down meeting with them and I was impressed. It has the flexibility if my mother had to go into memory care, for my dad to come to see her if they had to be separated. I like that option. Dad would also have that option to sign himself out for the day and come back in with flexibility. So, there are a lot of things that would work for my parents. They have a salon and barbershop depending on what day of the week it is because they don't have the barbershop all week long. They have groups that they take out to go shopping and things like that but I don't think my parents will be using that. The place felt very homey.
