My dad has moved into Brookdale High Point North. It's very clean. Some of the staff aren't so friendly; they're just doing their jobs. They keep all the residents clean. They can move around if they want. They appear to be well taken care of. The room is very clean inside. It's very spacious. He has not been there long enough for him to be involved in any activities yet. Yesterday, they had a sing-along, but my dad wasn't involved. He is just still trying to acclimate. The dining area is very nice, very clean, and very organized. He seems to like the food. Most of the staff are warm. Some of them aren't warm. 90% of them are very warm.

Brookdale High Point North Memory Care was well-kept. It was newer, maintained, and a very pleasant facility. The person who gave me the tour was very informative and very helpful. She gave a good tour. They have the spa area, an activities room, several sitting areas, and a music area. The room I saw was very clean. It was big, a very good size, and very well-kept.

I toured Brookdale High Point North Memory Care. It seemed like a nice facility. The residents were engaged. There were magicians at the time, and they were enjoying that. It looked like they were having a nice activity. The patients there seemed to be well-kept. They didn't seem dirty, unkept, or anything like that. The facility overall seemed clean and bright. It seemed like they were well staffed, too. Everybody was very polite. It seemed like a nice facility, but they did not have what my mother needs. The parking space seemed fine. The place wasn't dark and dingy. The patients were out there and participating. They seemed happy. The staff seemed happy, too. The staff who toured us was very, very nice.

Brookdale High Point North Memory Care was excellent. It was very clean. The room was decent, clean, and well kept. The person who helped me was not the person I was supposed to meet, and I was very disappointed with that. I had spoken to the person who was supposed to meet me a couple of hours before, and she didn't tell me she wasn't going to be there, so the person who actually toured me around was not able to answer the questions I needed to ask in terms of the veterans' money and the cost and all of that. The person during the tour was very nice. She was able to take me through the facility and show me what they do and what each room represented, but the finance part, she wasn't able to answer. The dining area was very clean. A group was getting ready to go out in the community for their outing. Different employees had the ones that were there engaged in different stuff.

Brookdale High Point North Memory Care was very clean. The seniors were involved in activities. I was just impressed. They had daily activities for them. They have like a fitness thing they said they did every day at 10. I was just impressed with the fact that they try to get the residents involved and not just let them sit around. I only met the one that gave me the tour, and she was fine. I like the fact that they had shadow boxes outside the room, and that was nice. They had shadow boxes outside the residents' rooms so they could remember things and so people could know something about that person.

I liked Brookdale High Point North Memory Care. It looked comfortable for the people who were there. The facility was clean and neat. I thought the layout was good. They had a courtyard area where people could walk around without leaving because every door would lead back to the main building. I was impressed with the activities that they offered on the calendar. They have drawings, different types of art and coloring, and board games. They show old movies, classic movies, and a classic TV show. They have some interactive games for the residents, bus trips to allow them to go out, and cooking things where they can get together.

My friend will be moving into Brookdale High Point North. There was nothing that I disliked. Everyone was very friendly. It seemed to be safe, clean, and secure. Every worker that I encountered was friendly and polite. So I felt like it was a very positive place. The facility had been recently remodeled, so everything was spotless, nice, and new. It just seemed like a really good place. The interior courtyard seemed like a wonderful place that my friend might enjoy, and the nice weather. She does enjoy being outside and enjoy gardening. The clients can do some gardening or observe gardening. It was a small community, which I think was nicer. The layout was very good. They had different lounges and different eating facilities. The bathroom facility for bathing was very excellent for someone with my friend's condition. The one who came to meet my friend at her home was friendly and kind. There was no rush. I know my friend is going to have a negative reaction leaving her home, but they have been very reassuring and helpful about this.

My mother is now a resident of Brookdale High Point North. So far, it has been good. Just because of the COVID, I can't really give an honest opinion, but they have been very nice to me on that level. My mother is not able to give me any feedback; she has dementia. I saw a garden. I've interacted with the staff and that has been very good as well.

Brookdale High Point North appeared very high quality. Cleanliness was excellent, and everything seemed in order. The staff was very nice, very professional and very outgoing. It's an excellent facility. The rooms were very good, light, and had adequate space. They had activity areas, a TV room, a barber shop, and a beauty salon. It's homey.

Brookdale High Point North was more upscale than where my mother is. The one in charge of sales took us through and she was very professional and knew what she's talking about. Everybody seemed to be doing their job and the residents seemed happy. It looked really nice just from the quick tour.

I looked for a location that's in the area where I live. Clare Bridge of High Point seemed large enough. The staff was nice. The dining facility area was nice; that's where we talked and did the assessment. I just mostly got into what their procedure was and the requirements if my wife will get into the place.

Clare Bridge is very clean and very nice. It is large enough where it is not crowded. It is very well maintained. She's been here for two months, and I'm very happy with everything they do so far. They have various physical therapy types of activities because they are all Alzheimer's patients and they can't follow instructions. They play balloon football and dance holding on to the back of chairs and things like that.

We found Clare Bridge. We don't have a problem with anything. Grandmother has a big, spacious room by herself. She brought her own furniture. She has a queen bed, a wingback chair, a table with a big screen TV, and everything in her own room. They have a dining room and several different sitting rooms, a beauty parlor, hair salon. She's in memory care. Everybody there has dementia. It's a locked down facility. She likes the food. She has gained 15 lbs. The staff seems to be very caring. They show her a lot of attention, and they've been very accommodating. They take them on trips. They have a daily itinerary, from the time they wake up to the time they get to bed, that's filled with crafts, music, and they get manicures. They take them to the candy factory. I thought the facility was clean, and it felt cozy. I like that they make my grandmother feel at home.

They understand dementia patients, they very well trained to deal with all aspects and stages of dementia. Staff keeps family informed and treats the family as well as the patients. The food is designed with the patients in mind. They have a full schedule of activities both inside and outside that keep the patients engaged daily.

This facility is mainly for Alzheimer's and Dementia patients however other patients with memory issues are welcome. I strolled through the front doors and was greeted right away and was given full access to everything. I was shown all the amenities and the events calender. In fact, they left nothing behind. They showed me everything. The staff wanted me to see what a patient could have in store if they moved here. The staff and management definitely know their stuff. I asked plenty of questions and they knew every last answer. They offered brochures and even gave me a follow up call later on this afternoon. I would really recommend this place if you or your family are in the market.
