My father-in-law was at BellaRose Nursing and Rehab. It's a very nice facility. Everybody was nice and professional. They just need to work on their third shift. The food was good. The dayshift staff is a 5; the nightshift staff is a low 4. He enjoyed the activities. They had balloon volleyball, noodle jousting, and bingo.

I think the staff is horrible because they all go on break at one time and not providing care for the patients, and the food is bad my grandpa had the chick twice and got sick both times.

I cannot praise enough the wonderful staff at BellaRose. My 83 year old mother was there in April 2021 for several weeks after being in ICU at the hospital for 2 weeks. She also was at BellaRose for a month in November/December 2021 after a fall and fractured pelvis. She was terminally ill with lung cancer. She did pass away in December 2021 while at BellaRose. The passionate care given by the doctor, the nurses, the CNAs, the rehab techs, all of the other staff meant the world to our family. Special thanks to Dianne in admissions, Dr. Diaz, nurses Robert and Luke who took care of her the majority of her time there, and nurse Karen who gave our family and Mom great compassion the night she passed away. We can never thank you all enough for helping Mom and us during one of the most difficult times in our lives. We love you all. Thank you.

My grandma is in Bellarose Nursing & Rehab. They have excellent nursing staff and grandma gets all the special attention she needs. The doctors are great, and they have a wound team that is working on helping grandma get over some bedsores that she got when she was in the hospital. So overall, we are very pleased. They call when they change her medication and they keep us updated every time there's a chance. The food's been great. Grandma has her food pureed because she has problems swallowing, but it is very tasty. I taste everything before I give it to her, and so far it's been great. Everything is well-kept, and the CNAs make sure that everything stays clean and healthy for the patients. They've been excellent. Everything is clean and they go out of their way to make themselves available. It's a little expensive, but it's better than a lot that I've been in.

BellaRose has been a great experience for me and my mom. She has been a resident since January and from the beginning the staff has been amazing. The rehab team is fantastic. Since her stroke she has not been able to stand or walk. They have taught my mom how to go to the bathroom with minimal assistance. Before she got there she wasn't able to do that. The CNA's and nurses are out of this world. They have been so helpful with helping me and my mom get acclimated to nursing home living. The administration is someone that has no problem making hard decision. That's why during this pandemic the facility has NO cases of Covid-19.

Few staff members are friendly and seem to genuinely care. They DO NOT abide by dietary needs of patient, so be aware of that and alert or your loved one may starve. Not joking. One male nurse whom in kind, made a crude joke to my father when checking his catheter. I am not impressed with this place other than the facility is newer, therefore nicer.

Every time I visit my grandmother at Bella Rose she is comfortable and well-cared for. The staff makes sure all of her needs are met and they are also helpful with my additional requests and questions. I feel like they genuinely care about her well-being. I think it takes a special person to care for our aging loved-ones and am so thankful to have the staff of Bella Rose care for mine.

My precious mom was the 3rd resident at BellaRose. The facility is beautiful and the CNA's and nurses are caring, thoughtful, and compassionate. My mom lived there from December 6th, 2017 through July 11, 2018. During her stay there she was always very happy, very well taken care of, felt safe, and as her daughter, I had peace of mind. My beautiful mom lived with us for over 2 years before she was no longer able to manage getting around our home. She was in a wheelchair most of the time. She could walk a few steps with her hemi walker which meant the caring staff did a lot for her. She loved the various loving ministries that would visit each week singing and sharing the Gospel. Her favorite hairdresser now works there and she got her hair done beautifully every Tuesday. Diane, the admissions officer, is an angel from heaven. Julia at the front desk was always a warm loving greeting coming and going. Julia and Diane, loved all the patients and would visit with them each day. Any issues my mom had, being in a new facility, were taken care of immediately and effectively. The nurses always kept me aware of any changes I needed to know about, which for me was everything! When my sweet mom was hospitalized again in April 2018, BellaRose assured us that although the doctors advised palliative care, they would be the ones to bring her back to her best health and they did just that! The on-sight doctor is one of the best physicians we've ever had. I know from lots of experiences with my mom that this is not always true. After 100 days of extraordinary PT and OT my sweet mom walked further with a walker than she every had since her stroke. The morning my precious mom went home to our Lord Jesus Christ, the CNA's, who truly loved my mom, combed her hair, put on her jewelry, changed her into one of her favorite tops, and put lipstick on her to make her look like an angel. I get tears in my eyes just thinking about how much care, love, compassion, and attention my sweet mom received on the day she went to heaven. As I come to the 1 year anniversary of no longer hearing my sweet mother's voice, morning, noon and night, I praise God for sending me to BellaRose! I would highly recommend this place to any family looking to have their loved one taken care of when they can no longer be at home.

Discouraged! When facility first opened, it was clean and exquisite atmosphere. As more patients are building census, it is beginning to smell bad, short staffed, and bad healthcare given. I loved to see staff wash hands per Joint Commission Patient safety goals each time they entered a patients room. This simply act , which is required , has caused rare bacteria to spread to patients in nearby rooms. It is not by fate that nearby patients have same rare bacteria illness. The records of patients should be in one chart easy and readily available to view as opposed to 4 different charts to get update on patient by families. They are taking on patients to increase growth that should be in a lockdown unit . The staff is often irritable due to long hours and other staff calling out from work. I truly feel that the owners need to ensure there investment by ensuring staff ratio is appropriate to patient ratio. This company currently is just not operating as a well oiled running machine. Tons of growing pains are occurring that need addressing by administration and owners before facility is beyond repair. This has been my personal experience based on my perception, which is my reality.

My mother is in BellaRose. It's a new place and it's very clean. We're happy and we're comfortable with it. She said the food is really good and she eats there a lot. They have a lot of different things they do with people who obviously don't have the capabilities to do things, but they do it with them. The staff has been real good. They do games as well.
