My mother was resident for over 6 weeks here. I was very impressed from the first day. In the beginning we were able to participate in a treatment team meeting with all of the providers who would be involved in Mother’s care. We were able to give input into her treatment. Her treatment was personalized to her individual needs. All staff we encountered were very pleasant and caring.. Any concerns we had were addressed attentively and very timely. The room and environment was very clean, inviting and pleasant. My family visited frequently, daily and all staff we encountered were very pleasant and attentive to my 94 year old mother. Mother said they treated her well and were very nice. On day of discharge they gave her a graduation party where all staff she had come to know visited her and said goodbye. That meant a lot to Mother. Mother has been in several skilled nursing rehab centers over the years in Fayetteville, but this one was by far the best. I am a registered nurse for almost 30 years and I know good care when I see it. I would highly recommend this facility. If Mother ever needs skilled nursing/rehab again, we definitely would feel comfortable placing her here and Haymount would be our first choice.

My thirty-six days of staying at this rehab facility was a good experience. The rooms was very clean, and the staff was friendly and, their seems to have been activities well plan for the ones who wanted to participate. I liked that you were taken to all doctors appointments. But please remember to check and visit your love ones. No hidden agenda, but there is no perfect place/facility.

My husband is currently in Haymount Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. He is there for rehab. So far, from what he told me, it's pretty good. Everything has been fine. The outside, the grounds, and everything is clean. My husband said the food is good. He's been treated fairly and everything.

Do not send your love ones there. The place is clean on the inside and the outside but it is a cover up. They are under staff and the only time they have staff is when state is there. The administrator there Ms.Geddie is the biggest liar and do not care about her staff let along the residents. She smiles but behind it is not a nice woman.

My mom was here for about month for rehab after a fall. The facility was very clean, and the staff was friendly and professional. I visited very regularly. She seemed to be very well cared for. I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could.

If possible keep your family away from this nursing home, yes it looks nice, etc! bur they are low on staff and they really don't care. MY BROTHER WAS A RESIDENT THERE AND NOW HE IS IN Heaven. They show you a their good side while your there but once you leave it's all another story...Beware....

Haymount is a very clean facility. The administration staff is very helpful, and the staff in general has been very interested in the needs of my mother and taken care of her needs in a very timely fashion. They treat their residents with respect. She has been there for three months now. They have a full nursing home facility on site as well as physical therapy. They have daily scheduled activities.

We visited Haymount for my mother. The rooms were too small and too dark. They had a curtain pulled between them, and my mother is claustrophobic and can't be in enclosed areas. However, they had places where you can go outside and sit. They did have a room for physical therapy. The staff that we met there answered everything that we needed. Cleanliness was fine. The first thing you see when you walk through are all the people that are there for long-term care; they are all sitting around outside at the desk, and it was just not very appeasing.
