My husband has brain cancer and was admitted here 2 weeks ago this is the absolute worst place I could have ever put him I have not had one nurse doctor social worker discharge planner anyone communicate with me one time not once have I talked with any of them I've not been updated on his progress or what's going on with him when I try to find out something about him there's nobody available they'll call me they'll come to the room and nobody shows up I literally have not spoken with one person about my husband he has bed sores now and he this is the worst facility ever I wish I hadn't I would rather him if come home and died and rotted at home then to be there I would never ever put anyone I love there and nobody answers the phone when you call this main switchboard nobody answers at the nurse's station he said in his own excrement for an hour waiting for someone and he was so tired sitting up in bed he put his hand back and put his hand back in his excrement and they did a poor job cleaning them up in bed because they couldn't he wasn't able to go into the shower then they told me gave me one day's notice they were discharging him I had not talked with a social worker once or anyone about placement or whether I could care for him at home or anything I would not put a turtle to live in that facility and I may be taking care of legal action for the ridiculous treatment well bad treatment at least with the we got some treatment it wasn't good we I have left messages and begged and then I was nice nice and I got tired of nice and I just let him have it because it is the worst facility that's ever opened or operated on the face of the Earth

My mother was in Autumn Care. It was pretty good. The rooms were kept clean. Initially we went in with complaints, but once they saw that we were constantly going to be present, then they were very attentive to her needs. I was not pleased with dinner; some nights it was just like a piece of lunchmeat with some melted cheese and soup. I wasn't satisfied with it. The therapy was OK. They have a garden, and an activity room. Some of the staff members were good but some were lazy.

Autumn Care of Fayetteville was very nice inside. It looked modern and like a 4-star hotel. The few staff members we met were really nice. They offered transportation for the patients to and from doctors' appointments. It was so expensive, and when Mom’s money runs out, she would have to move.
