My grandma is here and she hates it, she is always dirty and wet when we visit and we have to bathe her, staff are so rude and curse at her and other residents ( we have heard them). The food is so cold when she gets it and looks like slop, so we go out and get her hot food and feed her. Some of personal items have been taken such as money and personal soaps and lotions. The place is always so nasty and we have seen roaches and bugs in building. We have tried to talk with director and she is never around or too busy and always refers us to other people who know nothing. I hate coming here, because my mom cries everytime we leave and she is so sad we can't bring grandma home because of her health. The residents always look so sad and they look dirty sitting in wheelchairs and in the hallways, staff are on cell phones a lot and or smoking on the side of the building. The rooms are in bad shape, walls are messed up and some rooms don't have heat or working bathrooms.

My dad has been here for quite some time and the last year had been horrible. Most days when we visit in his bed wet and dirty and has been for hours, staff get him up or wash and clean him unless we make a complaint. His room is always very dirty and food trays are left for days in his room. I have complained with the staff, director and nothing has changed, its like they don't care and that breaks my heart to see him like that. The facility never has enough staff and half the staff are temps, who know nothing about my dad or what's going on. The place is also always dirty when we come by, bad smells and the other residents seem to be unhappy. I have tried to set up a meeting with the director and she has cancelled twice and another time was out of town ( the front desk reception told us she was in Mexico on vacation) I have filed complaints with the state also but they tell me they can only do but so much.

I I was very pleased with the services my father received at Rose Manor. I did not have any concerns about leaving him at the facility because I knew he would be well taken care of . If I had any concerns they were addressed and addressed with expediency! From the top to the bottom this place is exceptionally wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone in need of rehab.

My mother is a resident of Rose Manor (Concordia Transitional Care). The staff is fine, but they're just understaffed. The grounds are good and the community is close by. My mother is in a private room and it's large.

I was a patient here for nine months, previous before coming here I had been in another facility in Greensboro, NC. I had numerous health problems number one being not able to walk, due to several surgeries on my spinal chord and spinal area. I had been diagnosed with stage IV large cell lymphoma and osteomyelitis of the spinal chord. From day one I was treated with such exceptional care and dignity from the staff and nurses. They were very attentive to my health diagnoses and the goals I had set to be able to walk again. Through many months of hard work, encouragement, great nursing care, and just extremely genuine in there support of me, was a vital turning point in getting me out of my wheelchair onto a walker. I have been gone now for a month and still use a walker and a cane at times to walk, but the even after leaving the staff had checked on me and continue to be an amazing source of strength and encouragement for me.

Rose Manor was OK. My husband had issues with the food and the dining. He was sharing a room with a roommate who was not mobile, and he had to share a closet, which did not work out too well. It was an older facility, so a lot of the amenities had not been updated. They were understaffed. He was not happy there. I liked the social worker.
