Northlake House was really nice, clean, and bright. The staff is very loving, caring, and friendly. Camilla gave the tour, and she did a great job of following up on everything. It's the one we actually chose, and we are happy with it. My mother-in-law said that the food is really good, and the atmosphere is pretty fun. She enjoys it. Her room has good space. They have a really nice courtyard, places for them to go outside, some activities to play, and an activity board with the schedule. The dining room is nice, the people are so nice and friendly. The outside and inside of the building is really nice, clean, warm, and inviting. It's updated. It's really expensive, but I like some of the programs that they have.

Staff has done an amazing job in the during our current pandemic of Covid. Rooms are very nice and they allow inside visitation with restrictions

Northlake House staff is going beyond, and it’s amazing. They are getting physical, occupational, and speech therapists and behavioral therapists to come in and walk with my mom. The food is great. I took a good friend of mine to tour the facility, and she want to know if she could move in. She has a semi private, but it’s not like most semi-privates where you have 2 beds in a room; this is when you walk in and you have a foyer and 2 separate bedrooms that share a bathroom. I don’t have to worry any longer; I know that my mother is being taken care of. I was getting 3 or 4 calls a day where she was before it is because they could not manage her and here they really work hard to work with my mom and they learn her moves and how to best meet her needs.

Horrendous. I visited a family member of a friend to drop off some clothing, and was appalled at the appearance of the residents there. Unkempt, filthy building. Strong smell of urine. And I dare say, the staff looked just as unkempt as the residents. Whomever owns this facility should be ashamed, and I am assisting my friend in seeking out a transfer for her grandmother.

If you love your elders, this is not the place for them. It is corrupt, dirty, and unprofessional. Residents are not properly cared for (dirty sanitary briefs to the point that a disabled, nearly mute gentleman was noticeably odoriferous and immediately communicated his discomfort and lack of care to an employee that had just arrived for their shift upon the time of my visit.] and residents appear generally unkempt and unhappy with their lifestyle in this facility. It is truly depressing the lack of concern these people show for other humans and I feel certain that if the owner or upper management were aware of the management of their clients, they would be astounded. Do not waste your time directing your concerns to the director/s of this facility as they are as rude and unhelpful as the employees. I am truly disturbed to think that I could end up in a home like this someday.
