My mom has been a resident of Brookdale Cary for over a year now. The staff is so kind, positive and caring. Some of the staff have been there for quite a number of years, which makes the consistency for the residents (and families) so nice. The fitness classes and cooking classes that are offered are wonderful and appropriate for the residents. Mom's room is spacious and comfortable. She enjoys the food at Brookdale as well.

Mom is in Brookdale Cary. I think their staff or their caregivers probably need more training. I just get the impression that they're not caring. Some of them are, some of them aren't. The rooms are so-so. I mean, she tries to come in and clean. You end up with mixed-up clothes, clothes getting lost, things like that. Apparently, the food must be pretty good. Before my mother was put on a pureed diet, the food looked good. They have just hired a new, I guess you call her a program coordinator, who is doing some exercises and some other activities for those who can go out into what's called their town square, and some other activities at the table for those who can.

My mother in law was to have a night nurse after she was released from the hospital. The nurse was present for two nights but on the third night, a decision was made by Brookdale staff to not provide a night nurse for the evening, my mother in law was found dead in her room early the next morning.

Brookdale Cary is excellent, very positive, and energetic. I am very pleased with everyone. The dining setup is nice, and the food always smells good. The facilities are good, but they could be a little cleaner. They offer great activities of something different all the time. My father moved in in May.

My dad was in Brookdale Cary for a month before his death. He was treated with dignity from the beginning to the end. We were very pleased. This is a great place with very caring staff.

Brookdale is very nice. It is a memory care unit. It is not home, but they do the very best they can. The rooms are not furnished, and the family has to furnish them. However, they let you do anything you want. We paint it and bring in draperies and furniture. They make it as easy as possible.

My mother's care has gone really well. It is an excellent, clean place, and it is very inviting. She seems to like it pretty much, and we like it. Her room has a nice window and a view of the courtyard. They have a sing-along every day at 4:00. They give her activities to work on her memory, and they have an occupational therapist that comes by and works with her every day. They have other special events for birthdays as well. I would absolutely recommend Clare Bridge of Cary. There are programs that engage the people that live there, and the staff are very friendly.

The staff at the Clare Bridge of Cary were very professional. It is a completely closed and locked facility, so the residents can't get out and wander around, which is a good thing. They seemed to have a definite social agenda for the people who are there. The food seemed fine, but my aunt has some trouble eating. They accommodated her the best that they could. She was there for about a month.

Everything at Clare Bridge is all right. The room is adequate. The food is acceptable. The recreational activities are all right. The manager is good. Overall, I think we made a good choice. They have town square activities and movies. Half of the people there are so far gone in Alzheimer's that they don't participate, but they get about half the people to participate in activities. This place is totally memory care. My wife has been there since October 2013. She gets confused, but she has finally become acclimated, and just the other day she said, "I'm doing all right and this is where I need to be."

Activities and upscale facility designed for dementia and Alz patients. Care for my father was adequate though times not outstanding.

The facility was extremely polite and welcoming on my visit. The place was clean. They are a very bright open facility and I also like the view. It's very nice, comforting and relaxing. The place was very well-maintained and there's no foul odor. The staff was very engaged with the residents and the residents seemed to be in good condition. They were playing music and doing crafts when I went there. With regards to pricing I think the cost is along the same line with the other facilities so they're pretty much average.

There are planned activities, nutritious food, clean rooms, and most importantly, a caring staff that seem to care about the residents. I'm very comfortable knowing my mom is well cared for, and kept safe.
