Esplanade of Woodmere was beautiful. It's all memory care. But I don't think socially it would be an option for my uncle because they're too far along in dementia. And my uncle would not have been able to move to an assisted living floor because they don't have that there. The staff who gave the tour was nice, helpful, and friendly. She was informative on what I should be doing for my uncle. She took her time to sit down with me and my family and speak with us. The units were studios. They're newly renovated, so it's brand new.

We toured the Esplanade of Woodmere. It was very clean. They had different-sized rooms, from suites to places with kitchenettes. It's a big living facility, so you have the choice of living facilities within the facility itself. The staff was very helpful. Whatever questions we had, they were able to answer.

Esplanade of Woodmere was very nice-looking and clean. The people looked like they were well cared for. They have a variety of activities. They have three meals a day, plus several snacks, so it all looked OK. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all questions. The facility was very well kept up and brand new. Their dining area was clean and bright.

Esplanade of Woodmere seemed to have a nice setup for the memory care unit. It was nice and clean. It seemed satisfactory. The fella who showed me through was very professional and very knowledgeable. He followed up and bent over backward to give me advice. It was a good tour. They seemed to have sufficient staff there. He said that the ratio was pretty close to 1:1. It wasn't a new building, but the structure seemed fine. The rooms were like mini apartments. There were some studios and there were one-bedrooms and they were very nice. The dining area was very neat. It was set up sort of like a cafeteria. They had like a porch that you could go out on, but they don't have any land where they have grass or that type of thing. It was in an urban area, sort of in a business area.

I liked the kindness and professionalism of the staff at Esplanade of Woodmere, as well as how clean it was, how they cared for their residents, and the overall welcoming part from Hindel. She worked with me as I live out of town. We did a Zoom call back and forth and she helped me break down some costs. She was just very open and honest about what to expect. They made it easier to help my uncle, while I was there, and when I had to travel back to get doctors and nurses to do his intake. So. I appreciated all their kindness. I also liked that it's all-inclusive. So, he'll get 24-hour care. That's the most important for me, that it's a safe environment.
