The care in skilled nursing is not there. Residents wait, sometimes more than an hour to receive help to the bathroom. (On numerous occasions family members have had to tell a current resident to just go in the disposable brief because help just didn’t come and family present was unable to move the poor mortified person) Daily basic care for patients receiving end of live care: washing, oral care, shaving, help to eat and drink is not there. Lack of adequate number of staff, and lack of training and heart in some staff members makes this a sad situation. I fear for the resident I visit there.

Makesure you have other alternatives for your loved ones. Overall this place is poorly run, uncaring staff work here and the patients health and wellbeing are few and far between. Items have been stolen along with money, they don't get there packages in a timely manner or at all. I have called and complained so many times I can't count. When food is left downstairs because of the ban on visitors and as of today my friend still has not received the items I left for her, left them on 3/13/20 and today is 3/15/20. The sandwich I bought her will definitely have to go in the garbage. SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE!!
