The Capital Living Centre

Welcome to The Capital Living Centre! We offer traditional long-term, skilled nursing care for people who can no longer care for themselves at home, and choose to make us their new home. Additionally, we have a separate memory care unit for residents who require memory care services. We also offer short-term rehabilitative services 7 day per week for people who can not immediately return to their homes after a hospital stay. Our rehabilitation unit is located separate from our traditional long-term care units. Our dedicated rehabilitation team, including physical, occupational and speech therapists successfully discharge many of our residents back into the community to resume independent living.
The future is here! Our beautiful, brand new state of the art 240 bed skilled nursing facility is located on the existing campus of The Avenue Nursing and Rehabilitation Centre and The Dutch Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Centre. Following the tradition of our previous two facilities, we are continuing to provide the same award winning level of care that our community deserves.
Although there was a lot of history in our previous buildings, it is time to forge ahead and grow with the new technologies that are available. We are providing unique services in our new facility and welcome you to visit us for a tour and to learn more about the services we offer.
