If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is horrible. Smells, food is inedible, basically you sit and rot. "Nurses" need to be more careful and gentle with patients. Can't get the person out of here fast enough, not letting them stay here to rot. I do not recommend to anyone! Stay away or keep your loved one home. You're better off. Also we did not get a tour of the facility and the reception was to busy on her phone to help with entrance.

My mom was placed in this terrible place! The staff took their time every time she turned on the call light. She was never showered. The sheets were almost never changed. He would urinate on himself because it would take them so long to respond to his light. She sat in her urine for hours. The staff were the laziest people. The food was rubbish, he was there for two weeks, only once they gave him his therapy, he became depressed and while sleeping one day he told me that he had a headache and he had a fever, I notified him that the nurse did a covid test on him, it came out positive, they didn't give him any medication. I was infected with Covid. I was there. I was hospitalized for 5 days with Covid or pneumonia. The next day after leaving the hospital, my brother told the nurse that my mother was choking and was choking. They should call the ambulance. They sent her to the hospital a week later. She had a drought. covid also pneumonia this place is the worst there is after a month she died due to the carelessness I had with her I called and had to call the state of investigation

My best friend was placed in this terrible place! The staff would take their time whenever she'd put her call light on. She was never showered . Her bed sheets were hardly ever changed. She would urine on herself they'd take so long to answer her light. She sat in her urine for hours. The staff was the laziest of people . The food was crappy not fit for a dog to eat. My girlfriend would call crying telling me how horrible this place was ran. I personally feel they should close it down! All they care about is MONEY not for the people! The State should be called to investigate !

My mother-in-law was here for rehab. It was OK for what it was needed. The Brightonian was alright, but wasn't great. On a scale of 1 to 10, I probably give them a 6. The facilities were OK, but it wasn't great. It's run down, older, and looks like a nursing home.
