I chose Atria Cutter Mill because everything's included and there's no tipping. I think the food is great. I used to be in the restaurant business, and I think they do a good job. There are many activities. They have movie night, bingo, blackjack, and current events. My apartment is beautiful and it's roomy enough. I have a one-bedroom, a small kitchen with no burners, just a microwave and a refrigerator, and that's fine because they feed you three times a day. The staff members are amazing. They have exercise programs, weights, and Tai Chi. They have all kinds of stuff. They even have physical therapy.

I toured Atria Cutter Mill. It is always a good place. The people who have been working there have a high level of understanding, are very friendly, and feel comfortable. The structure of the building was nice and well-constructed to accommodate senior people. The rooms were not big but it's a good size. They communicate, chat, and talk about anything daily in the building, and it looks like they're smiling and they say hello. It looks good. I mean that aspect, it's senior people, but they feel they're in the right place.

I went to Atria Cutter Mill. They were fantastic. Elizabeth, the coordinator, was absolutely wonderful, and thorough. She showed me every room, the cafeteria, and the garden area. The apartment was beautiful. Everything was orderly. I was told that if I didn't like what was there, I could put my own bed, or my own desk at my cost, but everything was in its place. Everything was beautiful. Everyone that I met was very friendly and very understanding. They offered me to have dinner there, but I didn't go. The dining room was spotless though. The whole place was immaculate.

I like everything about Atria Cutter Mill. The place looks nice and well put together. I don't have anything negative to say. The staff members were very friendly and took the time and patience to go through the tour. It was a good experience. They were nice enough to let us try their food to find out if it was up to their expectations, and their food was fine. The dining area looked good.

Atria Cutter Mill was terrible. I thought they were very condescending. They really didn't do a good job answering our questions. When we would ask them, they would answer without really answering them. It was very uncomfortable. I felt that the studios were tight and were not attractive at all. They had an activity room and a very big entrance area, but that's pretty much all we saw.

Atria Cutter Mill Independent Living was very nice. The upkeep was great. We looked at a two-bedroom because that's what we were interested in, and the two-bedroom units were on the small side. They had a large, a medium, and a small, and they were all smaller than we would expect for that description. The person who accommodated us during the visit was very good. They answered all our questions, they took us through, they spent a lot of time with us, and it was very solicitous. I would describe it as a good visit. They have everything you could imagine. It was very well set up. They had employees for everything you could think of. They cleaned the rooms every day. They made the beds, they got rid of the garbage, and they did your wash. The dining area looked fine. We just looked at a menu. We were given a blueberry cake as a gift, and that was very good. The only negative thing to bring it down from five stars was that the largest two-bedroom was on the small side.

I had a wonderful tour at Atria Cutter Mill. When we walked in, we felt immediately that the place was very clean, organized, attractive, and well cared for. The person who gave us the tour was extremely informative, pleasant, and was able to answer all of our questions. The mealtimes and the menus all looked appealing. We were very pleased with the recreational activities that they have there, such as book readings, movies, arts, and crafts. They wer all the things that I believe my mother would enjoy. The layout and the cleanliness was impeccable too. It was very easy to navigate all of the areas that my mother would be involved with. There's enough staff in the hallways, walking around any time just in case we had a question. There was always somebody readily there to ask.

Atria Cutter Mill was very nice. It was more of an apartment-building style. There was no green space, but there was a gazebo, like an atrium, in the center that was open. It's not easy to find parking if you have multiple guests coming. The staff was very accommodating and very friendly, and they answered all of my questions. They reached out to me afterwards and said that if I had any questions, they'd be happy to answer them or work with me. They baked me some bread, and it was delicious. I didn't get to try the food, but if my in-laws wanted to come back, they would happily serve them a meal and let them try the food. They had a lot of activities scheduled, but I did not see any going on. It was very clean, but the apartments were small. The one thing that was nice was that you could easily walk to the railroad and to restaurants; that was all very easily accessible.

Atria Cutter Mill It was beautiful, it was magnificent. The staff was so nice, very caring. I really can't say enough nice things about them. And I have to say my mother was sort of against going to assisted living when we went. And I think it's starting to change her mind because they were so nice. The staff was lovely. Even the people that were in the place, one of the few people that we saw while we were there, everybody seemed, you know perfectly content to be there, perfectly happy, so that's nice. They sent us home with a cake for my mom, and that was very nice. They had a tremendous number of amenities. They have a magnificent enclosed garden area with tables and chairs for the residents to sit outside, they have two different cafes where you can go and get something to eat, if it's not mealtime, but if the residents are hungry, they can order something to eat and, you know, with a friend or chat. It was immaculately clean. They're working all day to keep the place clean and tidy. It's not very far from where she's currently living. So I think that that's a plus. It's on a quiet side street. So it's somewhat busy, but not very busy. It's a nice wide street. It doesn't have a lot of commerce right on that street. And I thought it was nice.

My mom has been living here since September 2018, and absolutely LOVES her 1 bedroom apartment, the staff, activities, and her new friends. And during COVID isolation, Atria managed to keep her from feeling alone and their diligence kept the residents healthy. I have had extensive interaction with the staff in most departments, and they are all attentive, responsive, helpful, considerate, and warm. My mom's favorite leisure time is socializing outside in the inner courtyard, knitting and playing board games with friends, movie watching in the theater, attending lectures and musical performances, and having her hair done in the salon. Before COVID she had enjoyed bus trips to the local public libraries for lectures and shows. Yes, it is expensive, but here we get what we are paying for - a place mom calls "home".

My aunt suffered from a stroke earlier this year. Because it was detected very quickly by the staff at Atria, she was treated in the hospital early enough to prevent damage from the stroke. The staff has been extremely helpful, and the facility is lovely.

I went to Atria Cutter Mill. I liked that all the staff was vaccinated and tested, they're very careful with the COVID. The prices were less than the others, but it's an older facility. They have entertainment, they have a book club. The staff was very nice.

My father has been a resident at Atria Cutter Mill for 2 years. The place is always immaculate. The staff treats us like family. The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful and shows true caring. Samantha, Lauren and Ana are great! My Dad enjoys the daily movies and religious services.

My grandmother has been living at the Atria Cuttermill for a few years now and I am pleased to say she's thriving. While COVID-19 made life almost untenable for everyone, the staff at the Atria continued to help her to make the best of a terrible situation in every way possible. It's been a huge relief knowing she has been kept safe throughout this pandemic and now that things are returning to normal, it's been great to actually see her enjoying the services provided at the facility when we visit.

Atria Cutter Mill has an amazing staff. They are very helpful and caring. Thanks to our wonderful activities director Samantha there’s plenty of fun things to do around the community. She goes above and beyond for all the residents. There is something for everybody here. The apartments are beautiful and updated. Very cozy. Easy access to everything. The entire staff goes above and beyond to keep the residents safe, healthy and happy.

I wish anyone who chose to live at any assisted living community would get a chance to tour Atria Cutter Mill firsthand before making their choice. Our Grandad who has lived at this facility for nearly two years was skeptical at first however truly enjoys his days at Atria Cuttermill now. He has made friends with most of the other residents and whenever we can't visit him, his pseudo-family of staff members (especially Samantha V.) makes sure he is comfortable, happy and sees to it that he feels like he is part of something greater. At one point before COVID-19 he had a few doctor appointments my mother and I couldn't take him to due to other commitments. It was Samantha who booked him transportation to and from his appointments with her team of careful and safe drivers. He specifically enjoys the activities and at times has even gotten involved in the resident council group. Gramps and I speak everyday and throughout COVID that was really critical. Samantha made sure to hold regular facetime calls with a lot of residents' family members including ours and we have over a dozen people who love this man so you can just imagine! While there were a slew of reasons Gramps moved into Atria Cuttermill, the one main reason he has stays is because of staff members like Samantha who make him and by default us, feel safe and confidant that he is truly living out his life the best way at this stage. We cannot thank you enough but I hope these words show just how appreciative our family is to not only Samantha but to the team of employees working to create a true sense of community at Atria Cuttermill. Stay well!

Small apartments but that's okay because they keep my mom busy that all she does in her apartment is sleep. The staff and other residents are very friendly and mom was able to make friends quickly. Couldn't be happier choosing this place!

You will not meet more caring people to take care of your relatives than the staff here. Lots for them to do throughout the day and always a person you can speak to when you have a question. Couldn't ask for a better community for my grandma.

Atria Cutter Mill was a very nice place. It looked very new, clean, and very nice. It was impressive. The staff member who showed me around was very helpful. It seemed like they had lots of activities, too. They had a movie room downstairs, they had other recreation areas, and they had planned events. It seemed very nice.

Atria Cutter Mill allows pets and my mother has a little dog. It was more urban, while the other places was a little bit of a country setting. It's on the main street and in the middle of hustle and bustle. The rooms were very nice and very bright and had very big windows. The dining area was nice, but a little smaller than the other ones I had seen. They had a lot of activities. I saw a current events group meeting, and they had a nice little craft room. I like that it was like a circle with a courtyard in the middle. It was just a little too busy location for my mom and I didn't like the train behind it. The staff was very nice and helpful. The facility was very clean and bright.

Value has gone down, as meal service can be very slow. Activities are now somewhat robotic. Used to be more "live", now is TV-oriented.

We went to Atria (Atria Cutter Mill) for my friend. It seemed very nice, but it was quite expensive, and there were a lot of additional expenses. The room that we looked at was nice, although it was very small. They did have a very nice courtyard in the middle of the building with trees and all, and it was very pleasant. Everybody seemed to be very nice. Overall, the general condition seemed to be very nice, too, but the biggest drawback was financial. If you don’t consider the financial part of it, I would rate it 4.

Atria is okay. The dining room is OK; it’s an old building, and the apartments are a little small. They don’t have enough activities and only served two meals.

We came across Atria mostly because of its location and the fact that it was convenient for those who would be travelling to visit there. It’s right near a railroad station that you could walk. That was primary. My first impression was good. It’s kept nicely. The place is clean and it has a fair amount of nice activities. They have both indoor and then the summer time, there’s not much outdoors. There's not a swimming pool or anything else there. It’s a small apartment. She has a bedroom, a bathroom, a very small living room and a little kitchen. She hardly eats anything there. She doesn’t like the food. The dining room is okay. I’m not thrilled with the place. I don’t find that the staff is extremely receptive and they just keep raising the rates. They know they have the captured audience. It’s not very easy to pick up and move an elderly person. It’s not great but it’s satisfactory.
