My mom is at Towne Center Retirement Community. It's a great place. My mom's room is great. The people who have been managing it have all been very friendly and helpful. They have a dining room and a movie theater. They have a lot to offer. The food is good. There are a lot of varieties. I have tried it, and so far, I've liked it. They have 24-hour soft ice cream, which I love. They have bingo. My mom used to play bridge.

My mom moved into the Towne Center Retirement Community. The people there were more active. They offer 24-hour food. They have an ice cream machine, happy hour on Fridays, a little game room, a puzzle room, and van service for medical appointments and church. They make weekly trips to the food store. They have very good, nice, and caring staff. Their maintenance staff could be better. The cleanliness is OK. Their food is so good. It's the most expensive one in the area. For the amount of money they are requesting, I think they can provide a little bit more assistance in ensuring all of the residents get involved.

I will be moving into Towne Center Retirement Community. The price was right and I liked the location. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They took me all over the place to see it, not just certain parts. The tenants were very nice also. We had lunch, and it was very good. They had everything. They had a gym, a movie theater, and extra snacks at night. It was good.

The staff at Towne Center Retirement Community who gave us the tour was very lovely, very knowledgeable, and spent a good deal of time with us. The facility was beautiful, modern, well- kept, and clean. The rooms were average-sized. We were able to see one of the apartments that was occupied and the resident was delighted to have us come and look. Her apartment looked lovely. The view on one side was the medical center, which was not pretty. And then there was a view of the street on the other side. There were not many grounds. It was mostly the parking lot and whatever. They reviewed the menu with us and it was quite adequate. They provided transportation services to doctor's appointments. They didn't have a pool but they had lectures, exercise classes, sing-alongs, musicians, and happy hour. The only thing I didn't like about it was they didn't have a pool and the view was not so good. To me, it felt more like a very nice hotel and not a homey community.

I toured Towne Center Retirement Community. It was a very nice and beautiful facility. It's very well equipped. They have a very friendly staff. That was an independent living facility. That's why we are still considering that one, but we have to have an assessment done to see what's correct for them. They did give us a list of references for individual caretakers if we wanted to contract with them, but they are not associated with that facility. Their staff was very knowledgeable; she was a salesperson, and she did her job. She was wonderful and gave us a very good tour of the place. It was a gorgeous facility. It's fairly new, it's five years old. It's a very well-kept and very nice facility. They had a gym, a salon, and an in-house, good-sized theater. They had different recreation rooms based on your interest.

I visited Towne Center Retirement Community. It was good. All of the staff that I met were very friendly. I wasn't able to see one of the units because they were all full, but the woman who lives there was going to try and make arrangements for me to go back. She needed to check with somebody to see if she'd be able to take me into their unit. The community is excellent. I saw the dining area, the library, the fitness room, and the laundry room; I saw everything except for the room. The dining room is lovely. I only was dealing with one of them, but she was very good. They have so many activities, I can't even tell you. They provide transportation to different malls with their grocery stores and other shops several times a week. They have fitness activities, exercise classes, and they have movie nights and have fun.

Towne Center Retirement Community is probably the newest facility that we saw. It's an independent living and it looked like it had some of the latest and greatest amenities that would be nice from a social aspect and a dining aspect. The apartments look nice there. The all-inclusive pricing was good as well. The dining looks fantastic, that's kind of what sold us. They seem to have a lot of dining capability, a lot of dining options, it looks like it's pretty high-quality food and it seems like there's almost something available to eat pretty much 24/7 there. The apartment seemed to be nice and they looked about the biggest ones we saw. It looked like it had just the right number of amenities and things that she would need, including laundry hook up potentially in her place. They have a community laundry center, and in her case, you can hook up your laundry there. It looks like they have a lot of things on the social calendar. It also appears that there are several other things like an exercise room, a library, and a place where they play games. They also have walking clubs and they have an actual 150-seat movie theater where they do movies. I was impressed with that. It seemed like everything was new and state-of-the-art in this particular facility. It's run by a corporation and they have centers all across the country. If you're visiting another one of these areas, as a resident there, you can rent out a room in one of the other facilities if you go visit someplace else. The staff gave a lot of information, knew what was going on, and has been in the industry for a while as far as working in a retirement community so that was good.

I live in a senior living place right now. It is the Town Center Retirement Community. It's a beautiful place, but it is expensive. You need to have money to get to live here. I've been here for 3 years, and we have everything we need here. We have good food, we have a cleaner that comes in once a week, and we have lots of activities. We have a bus that takes us out to places and takes a lot of people to shopping centers. The place has everything we need. They are fantastic, they do everything for us. I just love the place. Right now, we are missing our chef because he had to have his toe amputated, so we have a make-up crew, and they are not as good as when the chef is here. They have loads of activities, we have an exercise group every morning, and a walking group. We can go out to eat, if we want to. We could schedule a trip out to eat at a restaurant. Every kind of game you could think of is played around here. We don't have to pay for our telephone everything is included in there.

Towne Center Retirement Community was the newest in the area, and it's like resort living every day. They're very nice looking buildings. There's a parking lot, and on the other side was some greenery, but there's a road that goes to the medical center, so there's quite a bit of traffic. They had some balconies, but there were cars that keep going by. I didn't like the outside, but the inside was fabulous. The food was never ending. They had a salad bar every meal and desserts. You feel like you're in a hotel. The staff was very nice. The gym was very nice and large. The programs were very good, too.
