Juniper Glen was great. Hands down, they were fantastic. Almost every aspect of the place was spotless and my mother was happy. There was just a very positive vibe with the people who work there. It seems to me that they know their residents inside and out. They were great, and very attentive too. My mother was in a private room. They do have activities for the residents. In the beginning, my mother did not feel comfortable participating in any kind of activity. She just stayed in her room. But through the very positive encouragement of the staff, she eventually started taking part in the activities, as well as activities outside of the complex, and she enjoyed herself. I would say my mother's stay at Juniper Glen was worth the money. I know that I slept well knowing my mother was well taken care of and knowing that I could stop in there any time of the day or night to see how she was doing. I would say, go, go check it out.

I really liked Juniper Glen. It was my favorite. The staff member was very, very friendly, fun, and personable. They are quick to respond if you text them or call them. They always call you right back, so they're accessible. It was easy to get to. They showed me several rooms that were available. I liked their rooms. They were spacious. Their bathrooms were nice for the residents. They had outdoor areas for the residents that were safe. They couldn't escape and they could enjoy the outside. They were a couple of different patios. They have two courtyards. They have both private and shared rooms.

I am appalled when I pick up my friend each week to see and sometimes smell how long it must have been since she has been showered. I find it hard to believe that such a basic service is so neglected on a regular basis.

Juniper Glen was very nice looking. It was very neat and very clean. They seemed to have enough help for their residents. The rooms were nice. It was a very pleasant-looking place. The dining room was very neat and clean and it was set up like a restaurant. It was a very nice tour. There were quite a few common areas with TVs. There was, in the summertime or springtime, a couple of nice outdoor seating areas. It was a very pleasant experience.

I toured Juniper Glen. Everything was very nice there. I was very pleased. It was very clean and welcoming. The rooms were set up very nicely. The staff during the tour seemed very good. She was fairly new to the job, but I thought she did very well. The food looked very good. They've got a nice selection. It was after lunch when I went there, so most of the residents were just kind of sitting in the hallway. They were getting ready to do some activities, but I didn't see too much going on at that point. The staff was very friendly. I was pleased with what I saw.

We are so happy with the care at Juniper Glen. Our mom is never in her room, unlike the community we moved her from where it felt like she was always alone in her room. She seems very happy, the community is beautiful, clean, and perfect size so she can roam around and not feel confined. The staff from Administration to housekeeping are wonderful! All are engaged, they know the residents and they seem to like working there! In these times where you hear about communities struggling to find staff, Juniper has found away to attract good ones. We are so happy we made the move!

Juniper Glen Assisted Living & Memory Care is OK. It's just that my aunt is with a lot of people who are more advanced and older than she is. My aunt is in the memory care and the staff there are very nice people. They greet you nicely, they are willing to answer any questions that you may have, and they check on you, and make sure everything's OK when you come to visit. They have a nice and clean building too. It's very much organized and very secure. They can't get out. I've only seen one meal and it was a sandwich for dinner. So, I don't know if that's what they do all the time or not.

So far we've had pretty good experience with Juniper Glen Alzheimer's Special Care Center. The staff has responded to us quickly, they seem to be nice, involved, and on top of things. However, we can't get in there right now because of the virus situation. From what we have seen, they're doing a pretty good job. It's a very nice place and it's new as well. Because of the quarantine my mother can't do a lot of activities, but they did go in and work with her personally. They've been handling things very well so far and they have really great lines of communication.

Juniper Glen is large, new, bright, and cheerful. The staff is very nice and pleasant. They have an area for those with serious memory issues, like those who forgot to eat or if they already ate. They're separate from the rest of the group.
