I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My mother-in-law was in Delhi Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. It was not a good experience. When we went there, my mother-in-law was bedridden, and was not able to change herself, and she would be left, not checked up on frequently enough, and she would be a mess most of the time that we got there. Like she needed to be changed, she was not cleaned up frequently enough. When she got even more ill, when we got there she had vomited on herself. And she had dried vomit on her clothing that had been there probably for hours. There was no way that anybody had been in and just checked on her like we were told, because of the state she was in. And she ended up passing away the next day. So it was just a really bad experience. There were some really good staff members. It's not always everybody, but it depends on who you get on shift. It seemed like it was very up-to-date and kept quite clean. It was more modern and the layout just kind of flowed, like the different wings of each section of the feather. They didn't have enough things for people that were bedridden. They didn't get people out of, like into her chair, to take her to places.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My friend was at Delhi Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. It was very clean. They were always trying to engage the residents, so they had activities going on constantly. The animal shelter would bring in pets, and different musicians would come in to play for the residents. My friend's room was large. She had plenty of space, and it was always neat and clean. The staff that I met was cheerful.
