My Mom(78) was admitted to the Rehabilitation Hospital of Southern New Mexico after a 5 week stay at Mountain View Hospital for Sepsis Pneumonia. She spent ~2 weeks in Rehab and was given the highest level of care. The entire staff, and I mean every employee, was friendly, helpful, professional and caring. I am very thankful to the staff at RHoSNM for them taking such good care of my Mom...God Bless you all...

I love the people at this hospital. I arrived unable to walk and as weak as a kitten. I was overwhelmed by the kindness and thoughtful care I received there by one of the hardest working groups of people I have ever met. I was impressed by their professionalism and their desire to do a superior job. The food was very good and the building was spotless. The doctors were knowledgeable and consistently there when I needed to have a question answered or an issue addressed. I cannot say enough good things about the nurses and attendants at RHSNM ,the care they provided with a smile was outstanding and contributed to my recovery and in a way it is hard to describe. Kindness in the face of a tough job is apparently built into them. To Kathy, Wes,Tonda, Ashley, Linda in OT, Ann Marie, Christy,Cindy, Victor and all the rest of you that I missed. I love all of you for your kindness and what you do every day. George

The facility was very clean and well maintain. The staff was friendly, attentive, and caring. The well being and over happiness was never overlooked. The security and safety of the patients was not overlooked as alarms could be used to stop patients from wondering from there beds or the facility. From my observation patients that had had suffered brain injuries (which might make the less than cooperative) were given the utmost respect and patients during their treatment. Meals were served in a timely manner and were nutritious and tasty. The staff also took great care in insuring that the special needs of any patient was taken care of. snacks were also offered during none meal hours and were easily available. Whether it be religious, diet, or situation which arouse from there condition. during none treatment periods patients are given access to cable t.v., gym and pool facilities as well as a library. The physical therapists were very knowledgeable and always motivating.
