Pets are only allowed in the residents' private rooms and the outdoor spaces.

Evershine is very proud of its nutrition program. We have a food manager who plans meals based on nutritional value, and resident preference.

Evershine's staff must complete no less than six hours of additional training annually. This is on top of the regular training.

Evershine has a social work program and a team that plans activities with residents' input each month. The staff engages residents in the planning the activities, and staff participates in the activities selected.

Evershine Care has emergency exits, well-lit hallways and entryways, safety rails in all areas, door alarms for memory units, staff minimums/maximums, safety officers, and smoke detectors in place.

Evershine's Director of Nursing assesses each resident during the admissions process.

Evershine maintains open lines of communication with families, including email updates (when requested) and phone calls/text messages whenever an issue arises. We also encourage families to express to Evershine how, specifically, they would like to be contacted regarding their loved one's health and updates.
