Casa De Oro Center was ugly and run down. It could use a facelift. My family member's room was dark and dreary and she cried a lot. I sat there with her for an hour and no one ever walked in to see if she was OK. I visited her a few times and I didn't like it. It smells awful in that place. The staff was polite, though. They knew how to point me in the right direction. The structure just needs help.

Worse facility ever, don't take your love ones there. Is a horrible place, they do not care for their patients. They offer no activities, they keep them in their bedrooms like prisoners, they don't shower them, their face, clothing is dirty. If you are looking for a place don't choose this place is horrible care. You should go and visit it before making any final decision, see for your self.

Casa de oro has been a positive experience for me and my family.. My mom arrived in the middle of the pandemic and despite all the obstacles, the nurses have taken good care of my mother. All the staff there have been great, as they always make their patients their first priority. One of the hardest decisions that anyone can make as a son, daughter, mother or father, is to send their love ones to a private facility. Almost a year later, I am very pleased with Casa de Oro, they treat my Mother as part of the Family. Casa de Oro reallly know what they are doing. They get my 5 stars starπ π π π π

My mom was transferred from a rehab facility here for long term care. They are taking great precautions during Covid, and keeping residents engaged with fun activities. The nursing staff is pleasant and caring. Very happy with the care my mom is getting.

I appreciate the staff here so much. They sincerely care for the residents and are tender-hearted for their elderly condition. As a family visitor, I have been welcomed and treated so kindly. The staff went above and beyond for us when we had a group of family come to visit grandma. They set us up on the patio with a pitcher of fruit punch and glasses. We had a great visit and we're very accommodating for our big group of visitors. The lady at the front desk was extremely pleasant and glad we had a good visit with grandma. I am happy to see how this staff truly cares for their residents.

I have met the director of nursing, I believe her name is Debbie, she is rude and has absolutely no compassion what so ever and it shows in her staff. The administrator seems to care more about how colorful his shirts are than how his residents are being treated. There are falls about once a day in the facility because they don't have enough staff. The entire staff and building seems run down. I wouldn't put my loved one here again. This place is miserable.

I have had 3 close relatives at CDO and visit frequently. The staff is well trained, caring and happy to be there. I have no complaints. None whatsoever......

I believe that while the facility itself is pleasant the staff that is employed there should be enough reason to run away. The CNA's who help the residents are ridiculously rude to them and those around them. It is impossible to pry them away from their cell phones. They are known for taking residents to doctor's appointments or to the hospital and just leaving them in the lobby. Their appearance is not well kept and should be regulated based on the number of gang affiliated tattoos that they have. I would never recommend this facility to anyone just by the lack of compassion the staff has. When living in one of these facilities you need to be exposed to pleasant people who want to help you. Not people who are constantly texting or yelling at you because you didn't understand them. They definitely lack the tact and patience that comes with dealing with those that need the help of living in an assisted living facility.
