The staff at Brookdale is really great to work with. They made the journey into the community easy for Mom and the family. We recently relocated Mom (family moved out of the area) and the Brookdale team was gracious and again and helped to make the journey easy for all of us.

About Brookdale Westampton in Westampton, New Jersey
At Brookdale Westampton we know that memory losses due to Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia are progressive and residents' needs are continually changing. That's why we provide balance in our residents' capabilities, personalities, and preferences to create daily routines that enhance their spirits and increase their sense of purpose. We believe the amount of satisfaction our Alzheimer's and dementia care residents receive from the tasks that fill their days goes a long way to maintaining their sense of purpose and overall satisfaction with life. An integral part of this is our promise to encourage each resident to find Daily Moments of Success. To help our residents achieve these moments, our associates receive the tools and training needed in such key areas as specialized dining and the ongoing monitoring of healthcare and behavioral needs, to name a few.
We provide Alzheimer's and dementia care residents with the lifestyle, housing, and services they need in comfortable surroundings combined with the amenities, programs, and care to help stimulate recognition, recall, and wellness in a safe environment. Through years of caring for individuals with dementia, our professional care staff has learned to create optimal surroundings and approaches to care. Familiar environments that our residents have enjoyed throughout their lives are recreated to help them feel reassured and comfortable. The Alzheimer's and dementia care programs at Brookdale Westampton are built to embrace, not restrict our residents' desire to wander and to provide a sense of belonging.

If I had to choose, I'd choose Brookdale Westampton because they were so professional. Those ladies were awesome. They make me want to live there. They were very good, very professional, and caring. Until today, they still send me articles and well-wishes. They're very nice. I like everything. Everyone was caring. The facility was nice and clean. The workers were very friendly. I had the full staff at my disposal when I went there. I had the full audience of all the advisers, the director, and everyone. They each showed that they cared and everyone that was in charge was there. I haven't tried the food, but I know they have a chef that comes in. I know that they have doctors and barbers that come in there. I have no issues with Brookdale. It was very warm. The people were all nice and friendly.

From the moment I entered the building, I was impressed. The residents were being entertained and were clearly happy, the environment was bright and clean, rooms are spacious…the staff was absolutely amazing! The receptionist was compassionate, the head of nursing was empathetic and wonderful. Linda gave me the tour and really took time to listen to my story, she truly cares and went above and beyond to deliver results. She even checks in with a genuine heart to make sure all is working out. Thanks again Linda, you’re a Rock Star! By far the best place for your loved one. Thank you kindly to the entire staff.

The place is beautifully decorated, and the staff friendly and helpful. Residents seem to enjoy crafts and entertainment. The rooms are generously sized, with private bathrooms.Activities are numerous, including occasional "field-trip" visits. It seems like a happy and friendly place!

My mom moved into Brookdale Westampton. The facility is very clean. They have a nurse there 24 hours a day. They give a military discount, which is considerable. The rooms are very spacious. My mom is active all day. They have a salon and a courtyard. They tailor activities to my mother's likes. She likes gardening, so they have a special place for her to garden.

Every part of our experience, from our 1st contact through the admission process and getting settled, has been better than we could have anticipated. The entire staff has been outstanding, going out of there way to make dad as comfortable as possible. The facility, staff and activities have all exceeded our expectations.

Brookdale Westampton was very nice. The place was spotless. There were no odors. Everyone seemed very nice and the residents seemed very happy. I was really impressed. The apartments were definitely adequate and nice-sized, even the ones that were shared. The person who gave the tour was excellent. I met some of the staff, and they seemed very nice and very caring, too. I was impressed with how they had it set up, like there's a little town, a hairdresser, a coffee shop, a sweet shop, and a little area to sit down and relax. It was very nice.

We saw Brookdale Westampton, but I didn't know when we made the appointment that my mom doesn't need memory care. We met a gentleman named Ed and he was fantastic. He couldn't have been any nicer. He was terrific. I like what they do and care about the people. And it just was very comforting to me to meet people that care so much. The lobby area is set up to look like a little town, which is adorable. There's a beauty shop and an ice cream parlor, and you can get coffee. The residents live on either side of this little town, and the rooms were very nice. According to the man that we spoke to, they have an award-winning chef there. So it sounds like they get great meals, and the people that work there when we were taking the tour were just very super friendly, nice, very welcoming, and just seemed happy. It was a good place to go. From taking the tour, I knew that that was not the place for my mother to live. It was very well run. It looked very clean and neat.

Brookdale Westampton was a very nice community. It was specifically for people with dementia, and that is what John's diagnosis is, but it did not work out because he wanted to go home. From my perspective though, they were excellent. The staff was very nice. John was only there for 2 weeks, but they weren't able to handle him properly. He tried to get out too much. Brookdale Westampton was very clean and very nice. The whole layout was nice. They had a lot of program sfor John. It was a very beautiful community. They had a chef there, and he spoke to me personally about what John likes to eat. They were very caring. It was well organized as far as the staff went. They had doctors and physical therapy. I had no complaints at all. I wish it worked out.

Dad is in Brookdale Westampton for two months now, and it’s been good, although there’s going to be problems anywhere. The staff is patient and caring. They clean his room once a week, and it’s spacious. He is eating well, although he is on a special diet.

I chose this facility because it was close to home. We sat down with the director and took a 45 minute tour. The rooms were clean. It felt right.

My family went to vist my fathers long time friend , who has been living here for quite some time. Really this place is different from others. Here you get everthing tailored to your needs , all your requirements are well taken care of . You have all the facilites that you can think of and cannot ask for anything more. The well trained and professional staff take care of every one. They even provide assistance with dialy activities like bathing , dressing , grooming or let it be medical administration . They have plenty of open space for everyone to relax, away from busy life.

My uncle lived here for a period of about one year before eventually moving in with his daughter. The facility was well maintained and the staff was amazing. I frequently popped in for unannounced visits and never met any resistance. On one occassion I stayed and ate with some of the residents. I found the food to be plentiful and tasty. There were always activitieS for the residents and the staff seemed to every kind and efficient. One of the things that struck me the most was that the staff memebers not only knew the names of all the residents, but they knew their likes and dislikes. Staff members would come to get my uncle when they knew one of his favorite activities was going to start. I found this very endearing. I never had any apprehension or fear about the level and type of care that he was receiving while staying at the facility.
