The Regency Memory Care Club is very accommodating. They have the residents up and exercising through dancing a few days a week. (I get pictures sent to me when my father's dancing.) They go out on a bus to have lunch 2 to 3 times a week, but if somebody doesn't want to do that, they may have other things and they can stay in. They have entertainment that comes with different themes. They had a Roaring 20's theme and so they're always active. The price you pay includes the pickup and drop off of your loved one. When they take him on the 6:00 bus, he has had dinner already. The only day that they're closed is Saturday. I've been in contact with Gail and she is just wonderful. I texted her that I was adding a day and she texted me back within 10 minutes. I did not meet one person who wasn't above and beyond. They bathed them every day and even the drivers who pick him up and drop him off have phenomenal personalities. It makes you feel at ease. The place is extremely clean. It's in a nice plaza and it is secure. So, you can't have people just running in randomly. They have bowling challenges, sing-alongs, snacks, cornhole competitions, kickball tournaments, dance parties with Parisi (who goes there at least once a week), movie star madness on Fridays, and a volleyball tournament.

I was only able to take my mother here a few times. After looking at a few day care facilities, this is the one I thought was most impressive. I found it to be a lovely facility - and one which would allow my mother to retain her dignity along with good personal care. I recommend it highly.
