My cousin was in All American at Washington Township. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, and the staff was very friendly and very helpful. The facility was very clean. They were very active. I saw them doing chair exercises. I saw them doing music. They were sitting at round tables playing cards. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. The dining area was bright, clean, and seemed very large. The rooms were very well laid out and the sizes were very adequate for the needs of my cousin.

We went to see All American at Washington Township and looked at their assisted living. I would say it's nice. The person who accommodated me was very informative, answered all our questions, and showed us all the areas in the facility. The room was bigger than I expected. The was no furniture there, it was just an empty room, but it was a decent size. It was clean and had a nice-sized bathroom. There wasn't anybody dining in the dining area when we saw it, but it was a decent-sized dining room. We saw a screening room where they were watching a movie. There was also an art room where they were doing art projects. In the common area they were playing music for the residents.

We went with All American at Washington Township for my dad. We were delighted from the first moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by very kind and caring staff members and nurses. Everyone we saw was happy, and we were happy to see movement amongst the residents. We like the energy in the room. The place was lovely and clean. I was invited to a Labor Day picnic, and the food was phenomenal. Everything was hot, it was served with love and care by the staff members. It was awesome. They have a 24/7 care, which was very important to me because my father needed supervision around the clock. They have a pendant that they wear, in case they need some help they can be found at all times. And when they push their buttons, somebody comes within a reasonable amount of time to help them, whether it's in the middle of the night or first thing in the morning, or throughout the day. The apartments themselves were renovated before each new resident moved in, which was very nice and important. They repainted, they put in new carpeting and new floors, and it's only a three-year establishment, so that was encouraging. They play bingo, and cornhole, they have a miniature golf course outside, and they have very nice sections where they can socialize with other residents in there. They offer two seatings for each meal. So if you're an early person, you can select the early meal or the late dinner. Someone referred to it as the cruise ship that never leaves port and I have to agree. They also have another room where they can do arts and crafts, they have a room where they can just listen to music. They play mind games like four words searches, just to stimulate brain activity, and they have puzzles that go on throughout the day. They have a beautiful library where they can go and choose a book of their choice and read. They have a beautiful front porch where they can sit in one of 20 rockers underneath beautifully kept, hanging floral baskets. They have a hair salon and a nail person who comes in, and they have a podiatrist that comes. They get their medications given to them, they have doctors on site, so my parents do not have to worry about leaving the facility if they have a doctor's appointment. And if they did need to go somewhere, they had transportation to take them. They do outings each month where they all can sign up to go somewhere and visit a local park or a festival that might be going on.

I did a tour of All American at Washington Township. It seemed to be nice, and the people in the facility seem very happy. They had roommates, but they had a common living room. That seemed nice because they were able to socialize. They shared a bathroom. The only activity I saw was bingo. I know they had a hairdresser in there. The person I spoke to, Kimberly, she seemed very friendly. The people there really seemed to like her. They all spoke to her, and she seemed very involved with the people living there, which I thought was nice.

I love All American at Washington Township. I toured both assisted living and memory care. The tour went very well. The staff was fabulous. The girl who toured me was very good and very informative. She showed me everything, and she explained everything. The place is only three years old, it's brand new, it's beautiful, it's clean, and it's very well maintained. I didn't get to try the food, but I saw the food and I smelled the food, and it all smelled like real home cooking. It was fabulous. I wanted my mom to go there because it was very reasonable for the money. The living atmosphere was fabulous. They got beautiful rooms, they have a living room, a bingo room, and a beautiful dining area. Everything was nice. They have a great outdoor patio, too.

We have chosen All American at Washington Township for my mom. It's very close to me. It's brand new, it's extremely clean, and it's a beautiful place. They have everything that I could possibly want for my mom for her care. They cover everything. She won't have to do anything again for herself. The clients are just the nicest people. They greeted my mom nicely, they played bingo with my mom, and when we went a second time, some of them remembered my mom. The people who work there are just very loving and caring people. I couldn't have been happier with the place. They have crafts, they have trips to the store and to a casino every once in a while, they take them to church, and they have them do rosaries there. They do all kinds of stuff there. They have movies at night with popcorn. It's just really a nice place. Everyone's great there. I didn't meet anyone who was not smiling, saying hello to everyone, and greeting you. I saw the menu and it looked wonderful, but I didn't try it.

We were very happy with All American at Washington Township. They were wonderful. The staff was amazing. We got to meet some of the residents, and they were very happy. It's a beautiful place, and I love that they have a rehab in there. We were very satisfied with it, and I'm going to check one more out just to clear that in my head and in my heart to make sure, but basically that's where we're going with. They've got semi-rooms, and one of my mother-in-law's siblings who is 91 said that it could be a good thing for her being in a semi-room. The location is great for us. The staff has been nothing but wonderful. Our first time with it, we did a virtual tour actually with Stephanie, then we contacted them a couple of weeks later and said we wanted to come in now if it was able, and we were able to come in with the COVID being lifted a little bit.

The turnover of the employees at All American at Washington Township was awful, so you never get to know anybody. The care was not good at all, so we were not happy there. It's very expensive and the care was not there. They did not do their best for our mother-in-law. The staff was terrible. We heard one on the phone teasing her about her memory problems. The facade was nice, it was pretty. When she first went there, she was totally just for assisted living, but she moved downhill and they never told us about it. She should have been moved to memory care. She rented a shared room where she had two rooms, a living room, and a kitchen, so it was bigger than her room now. They didn't have any activities.

All American at Washington Township had multiple floors and that concerned me. The apartment had two rooms and then they shared a bathroom and a common area, and I did not like that as much as having your own room. They had quite an array of activities and a lot of programs going. The staff seemed pretty congenial and pretty enthusiastic. The facility was brand new.
