Staff is very caring and pleasant. They took amazing care of my Dad while he was there for a lenthy rehabilitation stay, and was very helpful even with after care when he went home. I felt very comfortable with my Dad here, knowing he was safe and in great care. I would recommend this facility. Very clean as well

I will give Crest Point a 1. My husband was there for a little over a month, I wouldn’t recommend. If you can’t speak up for yourself your lost. There isn’t enough staff to handle what goes on and the weekend staff is horrible. My husband was left in piss and poop at least 3 times that I saw and I was there from early morning to night time. The rooms are small and you share a bathroom with 2 rooms. I must have stepped in pee every time I walked in there. The rehabilitation was very good, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I finally brought my husband home and it was the best thing, I would never bring him back there again

This is the worst place you can bring a family member. When I leave the facility I smell like urine. The staff is incompetent I heard a staff member say I don’t even know why I’m wasting my time get her up. My sister has deteriorated in a short period of time. This place needs to be reported. And I will make sure that it is. Please don’t leave your loved ones in their care.

Nice location. The RN's are wonderful. Can't comment on the rest right now. I am still a patient. Only here for rehab. Not a long time resident. More to come later.

I highly recommend this facility. I could not be happier. The expression of compassion, love & care goes above & beyond. The best kept secret at the shore for your loved one.

The facility is in a nice location on the water in Point Pleasant. That being said, the facility is tired. It is dark and offers very few amenities and only one dining/rec room. The food is awful. The nursing care is good. It has a community feeling. My mother has been a patient there a few times but I am looking for a better alternative for long-term care for her. It's fine, even good, for short-term care, but with an alert mind, I think my mom needs more. My mom has no money and they do accept medicare and work with you.
