My mom is at The Residence at Park Ridge. Her apartment is spacious. She is in a one-bedroom. She has a nice-sized living room and a kitchenette. We did the shared room rate because that's what she could afford, and when she was on Medicaid, like all the other places, she had to have a roommate, so that's the downside. The staff there are incredible. They're very friendly and supportive. They're there with any questions. The food is very good. I had lunch there, and their lunch was excellent. And my mom loves their food. The place is extremely clean. Every part of it and every area that we want to, it's immaculate. With regards to activities, they have a wide range of activities. I don't think they have as much as some of the other places that I saw, but my mom is very happy with them. They do bingo, arts and crafts, and different games. They have movies. They have happy hour and they have appetizers, cheese, and crackers for their happy hour. They also have milkshakes and coffee socials. They do a lot.

The Residence at Park Ridge was very nice. We visited the memory care unit and walked through the assisted living. It was a very nice place. It was clean. The memory care unit was very nice. They're staffed well. The layout was very nice. They had a big building for assisted care, and then one part of that building was memory care. The staff was very nice and very experienced. You could see that the staff they had in the memory care were working with the people, but I didn't talk to them or anything.

My dad had to be moved from the facility he was in and I had no place to put him. I called John and Danielle and they helped me get my dad in within a week's time. It made my dad's move so easy. The care he is getting is great and everyone has welcomed him with open arms. Great staff. The care he is getting is so much better than where he came from. Thanks.

The rooms are nice and very spacious. There’s enough room to put things in and you don’t feel like you’re in one room all of the time because there’s a separate living and sitting area from the bedroom. The woman who showed me around was very nice. It is in a nice location not far from the highway, so it’s convenient for family members to come visit. The whole facility is clean, and the people were dressed well. Everyone looked well-cared for, and seemed happy and alert. All the residents went to the dining room and enjoyed their meals together. I definitely would consider it. Based on what I saw, I liked everything. I was very impressed with the people and everything.

I have been here for 7 happy years. When I first arrived, I was in a very poor condition. I could not walk, dress or shave. The nurses and aides were spectacular. The aides encouraged me and helped me back to walking. The entire staff was friendly. They nursed me back to health. The activities are excellent and the food is quite good.

It was very clean. We had a meal, and the food was very good. We were very impressed with the staff. They had an activity board in the front of the building, and they had something going on every day of the week. It was excellent.
