Under the new ownership there is no one beyond the staff onsite. Two months after mom moved in they raised her room fee 8%. This was a shock and completely misleading as the staff knew that the rate increase would be assessed to all residents. There was no air conditioning in August and September. No heat in October. The food is terrible and not very nutritious. Frozen food that’s heated up. Not much fresh fruit nor vegetables. The salad is iceberg lettuce? Not a nice mixed greens. The aids barely speak English and give an attitude when presented with requests. They don’t seem to enjoy their job, mostly they sit in the activities room. The only pleasant part of this experience is that the executive staff on site are from the previous ownership and are cooperative.

Amazing staff & facility . The transition for my Mother in law to the facility , from her home was so easy ! Ida , Kennedy , Elisabeth were beyond helpful , and the therapy department stepped rite in and started services quickly upon move in. I would highly recommend this facility for any Assisted Living needs ! It is a warm , caring environment that makes such a hard transition , feel seamless THANK YOU to the entire staff for being so nice !

absolutely horrible place,nurses don;t do there jobs, can never get anyone, it is a farce, all they promise is completely not true, not even close.

My mother stayed here for respite care. It was for rehabilitation for an injury. They were great. They were friendly, helpful, just super accessible, and very good to her. She had her meals there, and it was OK, nothing spectacular. What we saw was right in the middle of COVID, so everything was shut down, not even the dining room was open because they were too afraid of passing anything on. She really didn't get to use much of the facility because of COVID. Everything was individual, so she had her physical therapy, but everything was one-on-one. She had nothing in a group setting and no other activities that you could be involved with more than one person. They were fantastic with her and they got her right back up on her feet and they did a great job with her. I would recommend it again and again. The value for the money was very good. We compared a lot of places and they were willing to work with your budget. They were very good. All around, they were our top choice.

My mother is here. She likes it. The staff is absolutely patient and caring. She has a little, clean room. The food is good, and they have recreational activities for people to do if they want to participate.

Everything is very clean. The staff has been very helpful. My dad seems to be adjusting well to it. They have trips, movie nights, and bingo. The rooms are immaculate. The food is good.
