My husband will be moving into Tylers Mill Senior Living. I like the atmosphere. It seemed clean. I like the individuality where you have a semi-private or a private area. It goes towards kind of a wooded area. It's like a main road, but when you pull off, they have on one side the memory living, and then the other side they have the assisted living. It seems like a quaint little place. I liked it. The staff member was very accommodating. She seemed like a nice person. My husband doesn't have Medicaid. He only has Medicare. You can pay outright, if you're able to do that, so that's what I appreciated. He has a primary care doctor, but they have a doctor who comes on the premises. The only thing that they don't do is if it's a specialist. If he had to see a urologist doctor, I can go pick him up and take him to this appointment. With all the medications that he has to take, you can pay one amount, which would be $19 a month, and they would make sure that he would have his meds every day. I know they had a porch. The rooms were pretty big, and they had a kitchenette.

I toured Tylers Mill Senior Living and I liked it. The only concern I had is after 2 years, there's no guarantee that they will have space for Medicare patients because of their size. From what I understand, they're limited to five rooms. So, I didn't like that there wasn't a guarantee. I would say the facilities were beautiful, and it felt more like home and less like an institute. It was very clean. The rooms were nice. I think it was just built in early 2000, so everything had a very new look. I even liked that everything was on one floor. I did get to look at a menu. I know they were preparing lunch while I was there, and you could just smell the aroma in the air. It smelled nice. They were doing some kind of craft while I was there like they were making Christmas ornaments.

Fox Trail Assisted Living at Deptford is brand new. I saw both assisted living and memory care. The staff was very nice. The atmosphere was very good. They've just renovated one building and the other building is being renovated. And everything was very up-to-date and clean. The residents had smiles on their faces. I saw them sitting at tables eating and smiling. What I like the most about it is that it's one floor, so there's no getting on an elevator. It's all a one-floor base, which is what really attracted me because my mom is on a third floor right now and she can't navigate anymore. I like that facility for that fact. There are not a lot of residents. There are only 27 in a building, so it's a nice small community.

Fox Trail Assisted Living at Deptford had two separate buildings. I think they've only got 20 residents in each one. I toured the assisted living building and the rooms that they had were spacious. I think my mom would be very happy in one of them, because of its simple layout. When you come out of the rooms, there were two hallways that would lead down to the dining room and into front room (where they can watch TV) and then they have another room where they can play games. Everybody just seemed friendly. The person who did the tour was very outgoing and very enthusiastic. She showed me everything and explained how they tailor meals to a person's specific likes and dislikes. They also have a courtyard, a beauty salon, and a walking trail out back for those that can do it. They're in the process of redoing the whole place, so they've got new floors down, they're painting, and just really fixing the place up.

My friend likes the appearance of Fox Trail Assisted Living at Deptford. She said it's a friendly community, and she loves the food. They play bingo, puzzles and things, but she was isolated for ten days, so she hasn't done a lot yet. They also got a beauty parlor that's not opened yet, but they have a bus that takes them to doctors' appointments. They have really nice grounds where you can walk outside, and an out back area where they have barbecues in the summertime. It's in a very nice setting. It's a small community, and there's only 26 residents for each of the two buildings. It's very cozy once you get used to it, and it's very nice inside.

To all Administration and Staff, I want to thank everyone at Fox Trail for the care my mom has received during this covid outbreak, even before the outbreak I found all I came in contact with to be most attentive to all questions and concerns. My heart goes out to all the residents who passed away especially my Bingo girls. I visited every week, and saw all being treated with so much care and respect. Our little group was so much fun to be with. I appreciate all the updates: Sharon and Donna kept us informed as to what was taking place at the residence. My mom did have the virus and has recovered and is now back at Fox Trail and I want to commend Kesya, Nicole and especially Victor who have treated my mom and our family with such comfort and care. I cannot say enough about the facilities but to give them an A ++ for everything they have done for my mom. Hopefully, I will get to see everyone soon. Fox Trail are job well done.!

Fox Trail Assisted Living at Deptford is a 1-floor facility. My mother has a nice room, her own bathroom, and her own living space. They have activities. I have dined there, and it's fine. They've got physical therapy and a nice television room. It has easy access.

The administrators of Fox Trail in Deptford NJ were super from day one in helping us admit my mom into their facility. We were helped with advice in securing extra benefits available to keep the out of pocket cost to a minimum. The staff has been wonderful and respectful to my mom’s needs. The facility is clean and the food served is excellent. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing an assisted living home with top notch care and love.

Fox Trail was very nice and the apartments were also very nice. The staff who gave us the tour was very helpful. The dining area looked nice. People were singing and listening to somebody playing the piano. They have an exercise room and a craft area. The place was homey.

My mom has moved into Fox Trail Assisted Living at Deptford. I liked that in her building there are only 24 residents, five men, and 19 women. That works great for my mom because everybody knows each other and they look out for one another. She goes to breakfast every morning, to exercise class, and bingo every day. They sometimes have outside people come in, like last week they had an Elvis impersonator. They also had a Halloween party. This place is like a home so there's camaraderie. The staff is wonderful. If my mom needs them, she uses the call button, and they come. They're very nice to her and no one's ever grouchy. Even when they're short-staffed, the executive director and the assistant director pitch in. Everybody works together as a team so my mother always has the best of care. The only thing my mom isn't crazy about is the food. I love the building. It's older and not modern by any means, but the people living there are older. The way it's decorated is old, but they feel comfortable there.

I chose it since it's closer to my residence, it's a small community, and we liked that my mother-in-law's family doctor can visit her in her room. They have Bingo and adult coloring, which my mother-in-law likes. She has become active and engaged, and she's been making friends. She likes the meals and even raves about them.

There were two houses, I & II, and my cousin was in II. It's very nice and clean with a nice bathroom, a small refrigerator, a microwave, and a kitchenette. It was by the woods -- she wanted a place that was homey, and it was. There were 22 rooms or apartments in the house. It had two dining rooms, so you'd go out of your apartment and then you would sit at a very nice table that was always dressed properly, and there were four to a table. When you entered, it was very homey. It had a fireplace and a piano. The staff was very kind and very helpful. I could call anytime to check on her, and they called me with wellness checks and told me how she was doing. At nighttime, they were very attentive to her needs because then she couldn't get out of bed. The only bad thing was the food was not good -- nice chef, but not a good cook.

The staff, nurses, doctors, and aides were very helpful, very polite, and very professional. This is the one I chose. It is a small community as opposed to a larger assisted living establishments. I think, you get more attention from the aides and so forth because of the limited population in a smaller complex. I would recommend it to someone who is interested in a smaller type of place.

My dad is at this community. We chose this for him because of the homey atmosphere and the fact that it was really small. There are only 25 residents per building, and that was a big selling point. Food has been awesome. I don't have one complaint about it. The best thing about this community is the service. So far it has been great.

A decent facility that really watches over the residents. The place feels like a home setting and most of the staff cares.

We visited for my uncle. It was a clean facility. Nothing negative stood out during our visit. Everyone was polite and courteous. There were residents in one of the rooms that were doing some sort of arts and crafts. However, it was one of those facilities that could not offer a private room with a view that my uncle wanted.

I have visited this facility twice. There are two buildings with 24 rooms in each building. I visited another larger facility but my sister and I prefer the smaller more home like setting for our mother who would be overwhelmed in the larger multi-floor activity driven facility. The staff were especially nice and encouraging when we took our Mother there for a Mother's Day Brunch. The facility is clean with comfortable common areas. The rooms have microwave, sink, dorm frig. The rooms will accomodate a twin bed, rocker or recliner, and a small dinette. They will furnish or you can bring your own furniture.
