My mom has moved into Merion Gardens. It is a very nice and clean place. The staff seems to be fairly efficient and they're pleasant. My mom's room is being kept clean, and she is getting good care. I'm happy with it, and as mad as she was about having to go there, she likes it now. The activities are sufficient for her because she doesn't remember too much. It is a nice place if that's what you have to be in. She has only been there for a few weeks, but I'm pretty happy with it. Food is pretty good, too.

We only met one person while visiting Merion Gardens Assisted Living and he seemed very nice. He gave us a tour of the facility and he gave us the information we were looking for. I believe they had a couple of different room sizes, but they all looked similar. They had an outdoor courtyard at the center, activity rooms, and a gathering area. The menu seemed adequate too.

My mother-in-law is in Merion Gardens, and we are very happy. Whenever we are there, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very nice. The one that she is in right now is very nice and very spacious. I know they have things available to do. She likes that the library is right across the hall from her room. She likes to read, so she likes the access that she has to the books there. I have not eaten there, but my mother-in-law has not complained about the food. The dining room is quite clean and has a nice appearance.

When our choir arrived at Merion Gardens, the residents had already been gathered in a small side room and were all seated on sofas. Inside the facility it smelled like Febreze the atmosphere was generally pleasant. The staff seemed friendly and attentive toward the residents and made sure they were comfortable while accommodating our choir as well. Because it was a Christmas/holiday themed visit, the staff provided our choir and the residents with refreshments, and assisted the residents around afterwards to speak with the students. Overall, I feel as though the staff were polite not only toward us but the residents as well. The environment was clean and well kept; even the bathroom was tidy and free from odor. I would definitely feel comfortable and at ease if a relative of mine were to stay in a facility like this one, because I would have confidence that they would be taken care of.

I visited first for volunteer work and I noticed the both the staff and the people living there were all kind and helpful when I had to ask questions. The facility is clean and the personel put their patients in first. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is provided as well as an assortment of activities for the guests such as badminton, water aerobics, swimming class, aerobics, dance classes, movie night, golf, board games and also a large television were the guests can enjoy their free time. This facility is great if you're looking for a place where people care. The second time I went I was looking for information for my grandmother. Although she ended up not living there she loved the facilities.
