Sunrise of Bridgewater was a very beautiful place. It was very nice and very professionally run. The staff who gave the tour was very good. The apartments were very nice. They have different-sized studios. They were large enough that we would consider a studio. The only thing that we did not like about the rooms was that their showers did not have built-in bench seats, which surprised me. I would think assisted living would have a bench seat, but these were just stand-up showers, so you have to provide your own stool. Outside, the landscaping on the grounds was beautiful. My mom enjoys being outside a lot, so she has a lot to look at on the grounds there. The staff that we spoke to seemed very nice.

I visited Sunrise of Bridgewater. It was a very nice facility. It looked brand new. I know they haven't been open all that long, I think four years or so, but I like the facility a lot. The one thing I didn't like was the $4,000 moving fee, which I thought was high. They were good-sized rooms, and they were in very good condition. All the rooms I saw were freshly painted and the rugs were all clean. Everywhere that I walked in the facility, I just liked the overall layout. They showed me all the common rooms, and I thought they were all good sizea. The staff that passed by said hello to me, and they were all very friendly and attentive. I didn't have that much interaction other than the main person giving me the tour, but I thought she did an excellent job and she answered all my questions.

The staff was very kind to our mother. My mother enjoyed the beautiful rooms and made many friends.. During the most difficult times the nursing staff, aides and coordinators showed the compassion my family needed…. I would recommend this facility to anyone in the area..

My family members moved to Sunrise from another Assisted Living facility in area. During a time when I was panicking, thinking the only other option was a nursing home. Sunrise moved my family in. Compared to other facilities, sunrise is the best in my opinion. The memory care manager is very knowledgeable and always responsive. I cant speak for other managers, i don't have much interaction with them. But to me that speaks to the relationship and communication the manager has with others. Whether or not it is a medication issue or food issue, it is always addressed immediately. I know my family is well cared for here. The people that work there care deeply and take pride in their job.

My mom moved in a few months ago and we couldn't be happier! Excellent, caring aides and they're always updating me on my Mom's days whether it's good or bad.

The best staff are the lowest paid. Aides & caregivers are mostly really good, but the management is severely lacking. The place looks great at first, but the resident rooms were shoddily "finished" to meet a deadline. Management severely lacks communication skills and common sense. Their rubrics for levels of care are shady, and what is provided in writing sounds good, but is actually typically very vague. Management shows no accountability when calls aren't returned or mistakes affecting a resident's quality of life happen. It's huge money-making cooperation. I was recently taken aback when I arrived for a visit because there were more staff members in the lobby than usual, they had their name tags on, and seemed extra friendly. It took me a few minutes to realize it was because the people ahead of me signing in were there for a tour. What you see is not what you get. I obviously do not recommend Sunrise of Bridgewater. It's Bridgewater, so it's not a hole, but our family made a huge mistake trusting them with our loved one.

We looked at the Sunrise of Bridgewater and it was in our top three. The tour was excellent, it was very new, it had an open floor plan, it was upscale, well decorated, and homey. I liked it a lot, it was very welcoming, and inviting when you walk in. The staff was excellent, very accommodating, very helpful, and answered all our questions. The rooms were newer and nicer than other places. The activities were excellent, and there was a full calendar of options.

New and fresh. Beautiful; decorations. Rooms are small and expensive. Much larger (and cheaper right down 78 into PA). Visited and it was during activities. Very LOUD. Not sure elderly would be comfortable in that environment. Thought the did a nice job but they are squeezing every penny out of the residents and they aren't really in a relaxed atmosphere. Don't get me wrong....its really nice looking but living there is a different story I think.

Sunrise of Bridgewater was very nice and the people were nice, but we can't afford it. I saw the dining rooms and the different rooms available. They're all brand new.

We liked Sunrise of Bridgewater very much, but it's out of my mother's price range. It was beautiful. I liked everything about it. The location was decent. The facility was brand new and beautifully decorated. It looked more like a resort than anything, but they hadn't opened yet when I went there. The staff was very nice, very caring, and did a nice job showing me the different rooms and level of care. My mom has dementia. She would be okay in the regular population, but would have to be moved at some point to a more secured place. They were still working on the main staircase. The area had affluent people in it. The apartments and the bathrooms were nice. They had nice rooms to accommodate parties.

Sunrise of Bridgewater was a brand-new place. They were still working on the building, and they were still trying to get residents. We got to see one of the showrooms and part of the place because the rest of it wasn't complete yet. The showroom was nice, but my mom did not like it because the ceilings were very high. She thought it was too hotel-like. The staff members did a good job. They were able to answer all of our questions.

Sunrise of Bridgewater was a beautiful place. I'd like my mother-in-law to be there. The person during the tour was very nice and very helpful. We went into the room she would be in and it's a 2-bedroom. It's one room, but it's got two beds and the bathroom is in the middle of the two beds, so you have a little privacy and it's got a little refrigerator and a little microwave. It was very nicely done. It's a brand new facility.
